We stayed in this suite from June 14 to 21 as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children), and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The suite is spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax. Our kids loved it so much—they were truly at home and didn’t want to leave! Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. One of the highlights was the free, secure parking—a great bonus that gave us peace of mind during our stay. The Wi-Fi was fast, and although we did encounter a slight issue with the speed at one point, the owner’s responsiveness was amazing—the problem was fixed immediately. That level of care and attention really made a difference. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this suite for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We were a family of 5 from Ireland. 2 kids, 2 parents and a grandparent. The size of the apartment, it was huge. I didn't realise it was going to be so big. It had everything we needed as a family of 5. One room had two beds and the other had 1 bed. Both bathrooms had shower/baths in them which is a great help with young kids. Plenty of storage space for luggage and your cloths too. My mam (grandmother) loves washing so having a washer and dryer was great. It was so handy after a day in the parks. Kitchen had everything from kettle (we love a cup of tea), toaster, fridge, freeze with both water and ice. Loads of cutlery like cups, plates and knives, forks, spoons. It was even better in person than the pictures. Loved the couch for watching TV and the table for eating breakfast. Having a fully stocked kitchen save us buying breakfast which is another huge plus. It was a fantastic location for driving to Universal, Warner Brothers and Target. All within 10 to 15 minutes. We walked to both the Tour of Hollywood and to see the Boulevard. While they were 30 minute walk, it was enjoyable and you got to see places were you might eat dinner. Also parking was 3 dollars for 12 minutes close to the Boulevard so having free parking in apartment was great. Parking space was great and very safe with a keypad lock. Building was very safe and secure and so was the room. We loved both the roof for seeing the Hollywood sign, relaxing and watching the world go by. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in our apartment too. Staff were amazing. We met Sam during check-in. He showed us to our parking space, showed us to the room and went above and beyond to help us. He sent on locations for supermarkets and for some recommended tours. Anything we asked, he respond and again sent us on info as we arrived. Totally hassle free and I would recommend this to anyone looking to visit LA. Thank you Sam for an amazing holiday and a great place to stay.

AMAZING! We absolutely loved our apartment. It was so spacious with the kitchen/dining area being another point for relaxation as well as the huge bedrooms and balconies. It was very modern and clean and was so perfect for 5 adults! Could have had 6 in this place and it would be great too! We loved everything it had to offer and the LOCATION WOW!!!!! It was absolutely perfect, plus the garage parking spot was superb.

The noise of the air conditioning unit on the cool function was a bit loud but that wasn’t worth putting our overall score down!

I stayed with my family at LA Premium Suites last week and would totally recommend it. As regards the staff, Sam was wonderful, he was very attentive and helped us so much. The apartment is very well equipped and there is a lot of space for storage in the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. They also provide a very comfortable parking space. And it was super clean and quiet! We met other guests occasionally, but we never heard a sound while in our unit. It is also very well located. As tourists, we love to walk a city, and the building is at a walking distance from attractions such as the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Paramount Pictures. We would definitely choose it again!

I have been staying at this apartment hotel for an extended period and continue to extend my stay due to the exceptional experience. The property is impeccably clean, safe, and well-lit, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The internet speed is outstanding, which is essential for both work and leisure activities. The place was amazing!! Very clean when we checked in! Very comfortable place, cozy and big apartment and especially the beds were really comfy! The location was great close to different areas that we wanted to visit!! Easy access to the check in details and the owner was really good and helpful!! Definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking to stay in LA!! You felt like is your home! When we will come again to Los Angeles will book again here for sure!!

The location was great as it was central to the airport and most interesting sites. You can walk to the Hollywood walk of fame and dining outlets. The free parking made it easy and the security of the facility and the neighborhood was great. We were always in touch with the staff (Sam) who give updates and advice where necessary. The internet in the building was excellent which was indeed necessary. The Kitchen facilities was a plus as it allowed us to prepare breakfast before we started our day. We felt comfortable and safe in the facility.

The apartment was AMAZING! And the customer service phenomenal! Beautifully located, very centric especially if you are planning to visit Universal Studios, safe zone for families with kids. It was clean, everything working perfectly. My family and I enjoyed very much and we would love to come back in our next family trip.
