New property in good repair; nicely equipped fitness center; good breakfast with spacious eating area; self-serve laundry available & front desk will change cash or credit transaction into quarters for use; indoor pool; full housekeeping offered even though we only stayed 2 nights (many hotels won’t do this for stays so brief)

Most rooms look over the parking lot, causing noise problems when people arrive late or have loud conversations; self-serve laundry should use credit cards or tap to pay option; exterior door from stairwell needed forceful pull (inside) or push (outside) to fully close; black mold spots in desks of otherwise gleaming white shower

Breakfast was good. Warm heated pool was very comfortable and perfect for swimming and childrens play. King rooms were spacious. Room was quiet despite there being teen baseball teams there. Im glad they didnt charge for parking- that would have been a game changer if we had to pay. .

Needed to use sofa bed for children in King room. They complained about the heavy cotton blanket for bed was rough , not a soft comfortor or softer blanket. I needed to go downstairs to get extra towels. We had three rooms, 2 Kings suites, and 1- 2 queens. I arrived early to request to be close as possible for all, I thought that was arranged. But 1 room was on same floor but at far end of the corridor. Dissapointed with that.

The room was very large with a table between the king bed and the fold out couch. Bed was very comfortable. The staff at reception went out of her way to find some chamomile tea for us. The location worked for us since we were going on a tour of the Elkhorn Slough in the morning. It was between Monterey and the Elkhorn slough.

Breakfast was supposed to go to 10:00 but when my niece went down for breakfast at 9 they were out of potatoes. Also it would have been nice to have four small chairs instead of one large chair at the table in the room so the three of us could allsit there and eat, play games, etc.

Clean, big room, great staff, love the 'Zero' brand soap line, they are using now. The receptionist who checked us in had a sweet smile. She was kind and helpful as well. Breakfast was good too!!!

I didn't like being charged $10.00 for parking, this is not Disneyland or any other attraction close to my stay, and that was not told to me up front when I booked and paid in full, online!!! Now? All of sudden, I have to pay $20.00 on a $485 dollar room for 2 nights, not cool. I hate hidden fees! Just be up front with your customers, people! Also, there is no freezer in the fridge. I found out the hard way, lol. Loved my room though!!!

The hotel is very clean. We enjoyed the bath tub in our room. It was nice and very deep. Very relaxing.

We were given room 207 which was for someone with disabilities, and we don’t have disabilities. The bed wasn’t comfortable for us like the last Hampton Inn we stayed at in Vallejo. The room had a shade but no curtains. The lights from buildings shined through and made it difficult to sleep. The AC kept turning off as well the room was a bit muggy. We ended up opening the window to have cool air. We could hear people talking in parking lot late at night. Tailgating. The hotel is really nice. I think we got room ment for someone in a wheelchair. The price we paid was more than in Vallejo and we were disappointed the bed really hurt our backs. Having driven a long time on our trip it was disappointing.

Room was new, clean, modern, very very large, nice smell. bathroom was spacious with excellent shower and lighting. The bed was soft and good bedding. Plenty of electrical outlets including USBs. good breakfast and coffee.

Entrance from road was not intuitive to find, missed it first time and had a couple of go arounds to get in. Also cannot turn left out of car park, so a bit of going around the houses needed. But these are small things.

Very clean , comfortable bed comfortable pillows the room was nice and big and a beautiful breakfast.

The only downfall, which was really not a big deal, but kind of confusing what’s having to put my key card in the slot in the wall for the lights to come on I had to get my key card every time even in the middle of the night because my husband is disabled so it was a little nerve-racking.

The locaation, room, cleanliness, staff, and comfort were outstanding. I would definitely stay here again!.

We could, however, hear loud vehicles throughout the night, but that is not something that the hotel or staff could control. The assortment of breakfast items was outstanding, however, the fried potatoes and sausage patties were cold.

laundry facilities. breakfast. pet friendly. location. very friendly and helpful front desk { Briana } fridge/microwave/coffee maker. had a swimming pool but didn't use it.

not enough washing machines/dryers. 3 washers/2 dryers {1 broke}. no real pet area. ground cover shrubs and redwood bark, which is the main landscaping.

Absolutely loved the staff and how friendly they were. Especially after locking myself out of my room and losing my key card in the same visit.

Um, maybe some extra options for the TV aside Netflix and YouTube. But other than that, I didn't find anything that I didn't like. I was ok with the parking fee too because I get it.
