I liked how close we were to our friends who were staying down the street and to all of our shopping needs. Our stay made us think about moving to Monterey some day. Complimentary breakfast was disappointing as I thought there were more options to choose from (Bread, Juice, etc.) Other than that, I’d say our stay was great!

We didn’t like being woken up at 7AM for our first two mornings to a staff member pressure washing the building/parking lot. Shot dirt and rocks all over our car. You would think they’d do it at checkout time when guests are awake. Since our room was located next to where they have an enclosed garbage area, we were woken up with a staff member slamming the gate for a straight 2 hours starting at 7 AM.

We stayed in Room 211 on 10/12/2024 - $168.38/night. Very nice front desk clerk (from my hometown!) and super cute room. Loved the kitchen/closet combo, but what’s up with the toilet crammed up against the cabinet? The seat lid literally brushed the TP roll. The bed was comfy and the pillows awesome. Coffee, fridge and microwave. The shower was hot and tub drained well. I loved the argan oil body wash. The ice maker worked. Grade A.

The rooms were small but comfortable. They were clean, and my kids loved having their own space within the room. For the price and location, it was perfect. Also, I would like to add the front desk clerk was friendly and professional. It made me feel i made a great choice.

Parking was small, and one of the outlets close to the bed wasn't working but all in all, great place.

Location was great to visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Lots of gas stations and restaurants were near the motel. The bed was comfortable. Plumbing fixtures were new.

Did not try the breakfast. Woke up after 9am; breakfast was over. Breakfast could be until 10 am. Some of the USB ports were a little bit loose. Towel bars were a little bit short. Caulking and painting were a little bit sloppy in the bathroom.

The staff had very good customer service. The guy at the service desk at check was so nice at accommodating us.

They didn't have bagels with cream cheese, but I always come prepared and brought our own. No biggie.. Whatever you didn't have I brought because I know what my family likes. The hotel can't make everyone happy. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

The refregitor was with lights on when we entered the room . How ever it was set to 0 does mean avtually not cooling..nobody told us that in order for it to cool down we need to change the setting In my opinion as the ordinary person judgement , if the light is on than the refrigator is operating Therefore i was disappointed in the morning to face all my staff not cooled at all and had to throw away food etc.

Good sized, comfortable beds and bedrooms. Easy parking despite being advised to reserve a space. Clean rooms and space for luggage.

Bathroom was very small and needed redecoration but served our purposes for 2 nights. Breakfast room was cramped and we ate out as a result.

Bad front register service, wanting to charge extra $35 for 2 hour early arrival. Called twice and second time I was hung up. The kitchen for breakfast is too small for alot of people

I loved the location. We were within walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself was pleasant to look at.

I booked with your agency mostly for the breakfast that was included.but was a little disappointed with the options.

Location easy off highway. Reception quick and amiable,plus the kid is a Max Verstappen fan so that was a good start. Wifi super reliable. The motel site initially looks a little run down but the room is a pleasant surprise,so don't be taken aback by the initial exterior looks.Either fairly recently re-done or well kept. Modern looking furnished,just the right size, clean (!!).Hairdryer,iron&board, Coffee&tea in room,good lighting with even a reading spotlight if your partner wants to sleep. All in all a pleasant overnight stay. Plenty food options in the area,to be recommended is the Vietnamese Chopsti place just across the road..50$ for 2 and well served.

Breakfast maybe a little meager (buns,pre-made waffle,hard boiled eggs,butter,syrope,apples,yoghurt,milk,coffee,tea,cereal) depending on your personal preferences.It'll get you started but some scrambled eggs/bacon or maybe even some ham and cheese might be a good idea. Depending on the rate you pay it might be an ok deal or not so. Saturday eve's is the most expensive night,so the price-value is different then weekdays.
