Really clean, super friendly and helpful staff, great location. Pet friendly!

Unfortunately, the exterior lobby/ entrance area had been damaged by a vehicle collision recently so parking was a bit inconvenient. The deadbolt on our room door was broken so I was a little concerned about security. I think if hotels advertise being pet friendly, they should have specific pet potty areas and provide waste bags or some method for cleanup because unfortunately one grassy area was very yucky. There is actually a hot tub here, but it looks like it hasn’t functioned in quite a while.

Everyone was very nice . Checking in was easy I had read some mixed reviews before booking but I didn’t encounter any of the negatives. Was close to the aquarium but far enough away that you didn’t have to deal with the crowds . There are a couple restaurants nearby that are easy to walk to.

I was a little loud the walls seemed a bit thin so at times it was a little loud but I wasn’t there very much so it didn’t really matter that much

I liked the room it was so spacious and looked like everything was new. Everything worked and I was comfortable. This property is a exceptional and offers acceptable accommodations.. which from my recent experience is unfortunately no longer a standard in the hospitality business for this area.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no elevator so stairs were the only option. Which isn't such a bad thing I need more exercise in my life anyways, but an elevator would leave me with complete satisfaction from this hotel. Most of the staff are great no problems except for a select few but there's always those few receptionists that are not so welcoming and you just have to deal with it almost everywhere I've been. So over all not much to not like about the place it's quiet close to everything and the rooms are great!!!

The room was very clean and located in a good area. There are convenience stores and grocery stores in walking distance. Also, there are plenty of restaurants to eat at (our favorite was Grandma's Kitchen 10/10). Staff is very friendly.

It is located close to the airport 🛫 So, if you're looking for peace and quiet... this may not be for you.

The room has been remodeled and was very clean. No smoke smell. Comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. There was no breakfast so I can't comment on that. No Veterans discount.

Halls smelled like old smoke in a no-smoking facility. Perhaps the renovation has not reached the halls yet. I did not find an elevator.

Despite being on a busy street, the property is incredibly quiet. It is also conveniently located with a very nice supermarket just down the street as well as a great breakfast place, a diner and easy access to Cannery Row and a lot of shopping and the beach.

We found the beds to be too firm for a longer stay. Also, the ice machine was out of order and appeared to have been broken for quite some time without any offer for an alternative.

I liked the size of the suite, the cleanliness, I liked that it was close to everything we were traveling to, and most of all it was affordable for my family, we will definitely be going again and staying at the Red Roof Inn.

I can't say there was anything that I didn't like.

Location was good for our visit and the plans we had

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The windows had screens to keep insects out. We could park the car right in front. We had a pleasant stay.

The room was great! with 2 separate bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area with a sofa bed. Crib was waiting in the room and it was big enough for our 18 month old.

Staff wasn't very nice at check-in but it was nothing too serious, just mentioned she wasn't sure there were cribs when I requested and got a confirmation. In the end, the crib was in the room, so no need to scare me!
