We needed 2 rooms for our family of 6. They were both nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They went out of their way to help us out.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance. I did not see that through bookings.com before I booked, so we were locked in. After traveling so much, the kids were bummed that we didn't have a pool.

Everything was clean and beautiful, the price was reasonable, free parking.

I arrived during business hours, but the reservation office was closed and I waited 20 minutes. There was also no shower gel in the bathroom, it is not convenient to wash with hard soap.

The cost ;the friendly check in Hostess is adorable. Felt like family. Location Room was very clean. Simple breakfast. Few gluten free options. Coffee didn’t taste very good but overall thankful.

The hotel itself decent.

Well, from the photos it looks like a higher class hotel, it's a bit deceiving when you realize it doesn't quite match up photos. It's a little bit more on the lower end.

The people and location were great. The outside doesn't look like much, but the inside and people are great. It's one of those lovely hidden gems. Very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It started off well with great service/care from Nick at the front desk. We had the option to upgrade our room and we went for it. We opted for the smaller bed (queen) so that we may be on the second floor and the room was larger than we expected and even had a small balcony. We did not check to see if they offered breakfast when we booked so we were very happy when we found out they did. Breakfast was perfect for us as we just grabbed things on the go before heading out in the morning (boiled eggs, muffins, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, etc.). We are not very high maintenance so this was an awesome stay for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Some things seemed like they could be upgraded/fixed but nothing major. Everything that matters was perfectly fine.

The rooms and the property were clean. Easy access to surrounding destinations and very quiet atmosphere.

My only complaint is that the bathroom was to small. Even the shower head was too low.

Good value for the area. Location was convenient access to the road straight into Monterey and beaches. 2 rooms in one with separate tvs. Plenty of room for 5 people.

The weather, the staff is good, also the room is comfortable, & the location is close to Monterey Fairgrounds in walking distance..

Price could of been a little bit more cheaper..

We were right at the bottom of the stairs and next to the ice machine room, but it was quiet enough, although I always bring earplugs.
