Very close to the beach. Loved the room.

People bring their own pillow to travel. In California, I am bringing my favorite shower head (and pliers) from now on. This is not only this hotel ... just too many like it. It's one thing to "save water" ... but these shower heads and toilets are beyond reasonable / rational. I fill the little trash can with water from the tub in order to actually "flush" the toilets. And, you might as well take a shower when it is raining outside then use these tubs/showers.

Conveniently located in Seaside off the highway 1 with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and has an excellent coffee dispenser with french vanilla, Irish cream, and plain creamers. They also have a nice juice dispenser with four varieties including apple and cranberry. The room are very clean and quiet, the mattress are firm and the rooms have ceiling fans and the windows open so the rooms stay cool throughout the day and night. I only planned on staying a the Bay Breeze Inn overnight on Thursday, but after talking to Sam the manager, I extended my stay for the weekend, he’s a great guy and conversationalist.

I was just there for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is old, but for the price, it was excellent. This is not a 5-star hotel, so the hotel is older, and the furniture is old, but I think it is great for the price. Keep in mind that this is not the Hilton, so it will never compare, but I was traveling alone and felt safe.

The room had a little smell of humidity, and the TV is old and I couldn't connect to apps. They do have cable, but I would much rather have been able to connect to my apps as Netflix, Disney, Hulu.

For the $70 price I paid for 2 Queen beds it exceeded my expectations room was clean was also pretty big stores nearby was a plus check in was easy and person working was nice room had plenty of stations on the TV and the restroom was stocked with toilet paper and multiple towels and wash cloths

Only issue was hall ways to rooms were carpeted and dirty but it just looked as if some one spilt chips or something near by our door

The location was great! Close to and easy navigation to Highway 1, and short trip right down Del Monte to the Monterey Wharf and over to Cannery Row and Pacific Grove. Just a block or two away from the Costco gas station. Excellent television, Dish Network, with lots of selections for tv and movies.

Toilet paper and soap weren't the greatest quality.

Clean, quiet room. Comfortable accommodations.

They charge a mandatory $150 deposit? I know that is a standard practice at some hotels, but we checked in at like 8 pm, and were only staying one night? The room was already a little pricey the deposit made it regrettable

I left my prescription classes in the bathroom, but I contacted the front desk and they said the manager would mail them back to my home which I really appreciate I can’t go without those thank you very much

Sam (staff) was so caring and he was very thoughtful. He helped in any way he could. His happiness is contagious.

Towels too thin and the room was very dark even with the lamps on

The breakfast had so much selection; lil muffins, burritos, bagels, yoghurt, juice. The lovely dude on the front desk, such a personable bloke! Room was cosy and quiet and comfy. Great location for Monterey Bay and Point Lobos. TV had hdmi cable so we could watch movies from our laptop.

The toilet was gross upon arrival... something brown on the seat! Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable bed, nice big room. Nice morning breakfast, Bagles Muffins, coffee, juice Burritios and Yogert as well as fruit. Can not complain. Other places don't give you breakfast.So this is a big plus!!

Outside grounds need some care. Over growen weeds in flower bed. As well trash in flower beds.
