Basic but nice, very clean but scents of strong Fabuloso type cleaning products. Loved the single-story, small but ample parking with newly sealed lot. Added 2 water bottles and small Costco granola bars to the coffee service. Nice TV with plenty of prem channels.

Had my best booking rate. The advertised room size was held-back, and I was given the smallest room. I was eventually given the ~"250 sf' from the description. When I tried to add days, it was stated it could only be that smallest room. I had a great rate but it made me feel like I'd been done a favor to get a "regular" sized room. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant one night stay.

It is an older motel but in solid shape. Check-in was quick and easy, the most efficient and friendly. Like it has coffee in room and mini-refrigerator -- microwave too. My room -- 114 -- was by a small outdoor table that was nice to sit outside. Pretty good bed, no complaints, and a shower/tub set up. Sink in main part of room. Very hot water. Housekeeping does a good job and there's a larger patio by office and lots of beautiful coastal plants across the property. There is amenities close by -- walking distance -- like steakhouse and CVS I'd go back. Pretty solid value for August peak.

I loved that my upgraded room had a bigger bed, more space and it was clean!!. It had a sofa chair in it and the bathroom unit, sink, shower and toilet were all together compared to our previous room. We enjoyed our stay after switching rooms. We also were appreciative of the owner for accommodating our needs at no extra cost. The property itself outside, was well kept up and clean.

I booked my reservation through Booking.com. I had booked a queen room for 2. I always look at the pictures and others ratings. It was decent after looking at the pictures and we were only there for 1 night. However after checking in, and going into our room, it did not look like any of the pictures when I booked it. This room had a single sink (small) next to the bed and it wasn’t what I had chosen. I went back and talked to the owner who was very nice and accommodating and upgraded us to a bigger and nicer room reflective of the pictures posted.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was clean, worked well and had plenty of hit water. Although it is on a main street, we felt very tucked away from the traffic. The only problem we encountered was parking. Whenever we come up to this area, we will definitely stay here again.

On the first night, we came in at about 10pm and there was absolutely NO parking. It was packed. We were able to park on the street along the back exit. It wasn't ideal but also wasn't a big deal. We were still very close to our room.

Kindness of staff and cleanliness were fantastic. It was more spacious than expected. We weren't far at all from the places we wanted to see. It was a pretty good place for the price.

The walls are a bit thin and we had a noisy neighbor with kids, so I advise bringing headphones or earplugs for sleeping more soundly. The shower is a bit small, but that's because there is a bar to hold onto which is useful, so this is really only a con if you are a larger individual.

Well kept rooms, has microwave and refrigerator, good mattress and sheets, maid service would give towels, 2 waters and 2 granola bars every day if I had let them, right on a bus line and has decent parking. For the price there's not many downsides. I would stay here again.

Annoying to get deposit back, have to give the guy your card number again. Low water pressure, and I also don't understand why every US hotel uses these lousy coffee/tea makers that don't work well, maybe because of 125v power. I just came back from Asia etc where hot water heaters are way better. Also the windows could be double insulated to block out traffic noise. Overall it is a good place to stay. I don't rate poorly if nothing is egregiously out of order. If it feels like the guest is treated courteously then high rating.

The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the fridge and microwave in the room which allowed us to keep and prepare some of our own meals which saved us money. They would leave bottled waters and granola bars daily if we had used the previous days' supply. They emptied our trash, made up the bed and brought us fresh towels daily. The property was kept clean, and it was very quiet and serene. I LOVED all of the succulents and potted plants around. Just beautiful. The owner was very kind and patient with me when I initially checked in and misplaced my key because I was so tired and distracted from my travels there. He just laughed with me as I dug the key out from the bottom of my purse where I had carelessly tossed it. Wonderful stay!

There was honestly nothing that did not meet or exceed our expectations. The property was clean and beautiful. It was so refreshing to walk into at the end of the long day of sightseeing! So good to relax in at night!

I liked that it didn't feel like a hotel but more like a small home and of course it's was clean.

The room was pleasant and clean. The courtyard had beautiful plants and flowers. It was quiet at night. We had a refrigerator and coffee maker so we were able to snack in our room. We were able to get several rooms together for other relatives. It was a wonderful spot for a family reunion.

Our wall heater didn't work properly and we didn't realize that there was a small space heater in the room to use instead until after the first night.

The room upon first opening had a fresh clean aroma, no dust under bed. Was orderly, very accommodating with good lighting, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker with tea & coffee & cups, large chester drawers, clean bathroom, shower, toilet. Plenty of correct towels, new shower curtain, no-slip mat, generous tiolet paper, tissues, heat & A/C good. Alarm clock, iron & board available. Room service was thoughtful & great, always knocked & asked what I need. I'm a tidy person, so I only required room service 2-3days. Very happy they accomodated my extended stay due to change in plans, very fair weekly rates. Grateful.

No laundromat onsite. The door peep-hole was cloudy, difficult to see thru.
