I think the breakfast is decent for this price. You could have a hot different breakfast every day (such as eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy). Also, pastries, bagels, yogurt, orange juice, variety of cereal, milk, milk, and fruits (apples and oranges).

This property is great for "bed and breakfast near the road"; however, there is no other amenities. They have guest's laundry, some vending machines, 2 glass outside tables and 2 fire pits.

We had a great experience staying at Best Western at Marina. I have stayed at Best Western hotels at other places as well and always felt good experience and thus wanted to try out at Marina. The room was clean and staff were friendly. The best part is that the beach is just 5 min walking distance from the hotel. This is also one of the best spots for witnessing a breathtaking sunset. I would recommend my friends and family to try out Best Western.

Nice area, close to beach and restaurants.

Most staff was helpful. When I asked about extending my stay, Shelley immediately said they were completely booked even before I could mention dates. She then asked me to go online and book (even though I was standing in front of her). When I came back with my reservation and told her we were able to book an additional 4 nights, she seemed bothered and responded with “I will see what I can do” even through I had a confirmed booking. She made us feel unwelcome.

Breakfast was great. The staff was great. Bed was very comfortable.

When we got to our original room, there was food and cans everywhere. The bed was made but the pillows were out of place like someone laid there to watch tv. When we complained, the staff quickly upgraded us to a better room. Only thing was neither room had a closet or rod to hang anything up.

The comfort of the bed was incredible! The cleanliness of the room was nice. Loved all the neat lights and charging stations. The lady that checked us in was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice too. Location is wonderful and AC worked fantastic. Really neat having both types of curtains. Can't wait to stay here again. Free parking too.You can easily walk to the beach.

Only thing was the water pressure is kind of low in the bathroom sink.

The location was perfect. It’s within walking distance to the beach. It’s not far from Walmart (in case you forgot something). Breakfast was good with the normal pastries, a few hot items, and a waffle iron. They had a peach juice I had to try. It was delicious, and I’m not a big fan of peaches. It had a cute little courtyard. The check in and check out were easy. The room was good for what I needed.

My room was on the first level, but I went through the breezeway and ended up on the 2nd floor on the other side. If you are unable to do stairs, I suggest walking around on the parking lot. This is an older model that has been updated. If you don’t like the older motel layout, you will not like this motel. Parking could be better. They need a better layout at breakfast. A lot came down at the same time. It was almost standing room only, but the walk back wouldn’t be worth it due to your food being cold. This room was fine for what I needed.

The breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable.

I didn’t like that the walls were very thin and therefore we were able to hear noises between rooms and the outside. Also, the shower stall felt flimsy, the faucet temperature setting was backwards and the shower head wasn’t working properly as to adjust the stream strength. It hurt.

I loved everything about my stay. The location is incredible. You can jut walk to the beach. The beds are comfy, the room is clean and the water pressure is good. The breakfast was great and there’s a menu! The property is really nice and clean and well kept. My rental car broke down and they went out of their way to help us. I’m already planning a trip back!

The location is great, close to the beach. Parking is not a problem. Area is nice, safe, clean.

It's very close to the highway and you can hear the traffic during the day and night. Luckily, during the night the traffic is light. It's probably better to reserve a room towards the beach.

For a solo traveller, who needs to spend a night close to the ocean it was a perfect solution providing all what I needed. Considering rather high prices of accommodation in California this hotel was relatively not so expensive, but comfortable and clean. In addition the breakfast included in the price + free coffee and tea has been provided. There is well rated restaurant near by and in a walking distance there are other fast foods plus Walmart.

You don't see the ocean from the hotel, but after crossing a quiet street (it is actually "access to the hotel street", with no other traffic) you can easily get to the ocean.
