Room and bathroom were clean, no smells, beds were good. Room was spacious enough for overnight stay. Value for price was very good. Room had refrigerator.

Could hear people from neighbor room(s)(?) who arrived very late and were loud, I was too tired to complain, had to use earplugs. The additional lock on the door was partially broken, probably forcefully opened before.. Extra blanket would have been nice to have in the room, but I didn't ask for one...

Room was comfortable and worked well for me and my grandson. We will use them again.

Our stay was too short. Maybe next time we can arrange for a group pricing. We have group of military veterans looking for a place to stay twice a year for only 1 night only and sometimes hard to find a reasonable price for our group. Our next outing will be September 22. This could turn into a regular meeting because most of the group is from Fresno and we may be fishing during the week when the American Legions from your area make outings available to us.

The staff was aupwr nice, the rooms were clean. The breakfast was great. The location was superb. The room is small, but I do not consider that a bad thing. I did not come to the beach to stay in my room. I will definitely be coming back.

The room (243) was way too small for a king sz bed. Not enough room on either side or at the foot of the bed. Left no place to put luggage. Outside the room the hotel had a tired and run down appearance.

There were few creepy guys hanging outside the rooms later at night and they would stare and watch you when you walk from your car into your room so that made me and my partner feel a bit uneasy, and I didn’t notice any security or staff monitoring the premises

The room was nice it has microwave frig. Beds was very comfortable. Close to take out or dine in restaurants. Walmart right around the corner. Close to the beaches. The BREAKFAST WAS LIKE NO OTHER. IT WAS AMAZING.AKE YOUR OWN WAFFLE S CEREALS YOGURT JUICES COFFEE. MUFFINS OATMEAL, ENGLISH MUFFINS

Breakfast was not that good they didn’t have syrup for the waffles and for food it was rice and sausage which was not for us coffe was ok didn’t meet my expectations

Better food rooms need a lots of upgrades specially the AC overall the rooms need upgrades

Great location and significantly better than the hotel I was in the night before. The front desk staff are also very pleasant!

My shower head put out ZERO hot water. The tub faucet did but it’s like the hot water wouldn’t go up to the shower head. The room could have been cleaned a little bit better. There were crumbs on the office chair from the previous guest and the floor could have been swept and mopped better. The bathroom was decent, but it could use a more thorough scrubbing. Bring sandals to wear around the room. At least the sheets were clean! People also seem to have no hotel courtesy anymore as I could here arriving guests blasting their music or loudly clambering up the stairs but that isn’t the hotels fault.

We loved that it was so central and close to the beach, while at the same time so comfortable and quiet. Andrew gave us great ideas as far as where to eat etc, and was very helpful with van parking. We had a glass of wine by the fire pit before bed, and it was just great to have such a beautiful clean room.
