Clean and great check in process. Cool little goodies and self check out was nice and convenient. Super loud next to freeway which is convenient but also loud, I was so tired from all my activities, I slept right through it nonetheless. Great little cafe on the corner just opened back up and they did a lovely job, had some great wine there. I did not have to leave town for dinner.

No stores nearby, but if you have all your supplies with you, you should be fine. I forgot my hairbrush and ended up having to go to Watsonville to find a CVS to buy one.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Inn was super clean, seemed someone was always vacuuming during the day in the hallways. All of the staff were smiling and friendly. Checkin was easy as was checkout. Very comfortable bed and bathroom in a spacious room. We went to go on the Monterey Bay Eco-tour, saw loads of sea lions, otters, pelicans and a variety of birds in Elkhorn Slough. Visited a local heritage artichoke farm, the fish market (on our last morning) and Monterey was only 8 miles away south, Santa Cruz 8 miles north. Highly recommend!

Sorry, nothing was bad. Spacious parking lot, an elevator. Nearby restaurants were OK but restaurant staffs were always easy going and smiling.

The Inn at Moss Landing Point is always exceptionally clean, quiet, and relaxing. The coffee machine makes an amazing double americano. Check-in and check-out are very easy. Parking is convenient and included. The rooms are well appointed, nicely decorated, comfortable, and very large. It is our favorite inn in the area.

If you are light sensitive, there can be a lot of light that comes from the hallway through the edges of the door at night. This isn’t much of an issue if you bring a sleep mask. It would be nice if there was onsite EV charging or even a charger nearby.

Big spacious rooms and we were able to have a room next to each other. It was pretty clean, especially the shower, which is super important for me.

The sink was a little dirty. Had some hair and a small stain. I need a room to feel spotless to feel comfortable. It wasn't too bad but the clean shower made up for it. Nothing they can control, but there were businesses that weren't open quite yet. It would be nice if there was a coffee shop next door with pastries or something. But other than that, the space was great and I would definitely book here again.

Facility is clean and modern. Manager friendly and helpful though sometimes hard to find, because he has to do everything at the property. Always ask what floor your room is on, there are three. Quiet place, but no real views.

Property located away from the "town" of Moss Landing, but a reasonable walk. It seems isolated as it is in a mostly empty small scale retail/hotel complex. Ownership could be doing more with ample lobby space...there is only a coffee machine there; coke macine and ice around corner and down a hall. Still, I'd stay here again.

The staff was incredibly welcoming. There was daily housekeeping services even on Thanksgiving. The complimentary coffee/hot cocoa in the lobby was awesome. There was an in-roam Keurig, as well! Very nice, highly recommended. This property is very close to all of the whale-watching and Elkhorn Slough tours. I’ll be back!

I am very short, only 5’ tall. I am not a fan of rain shower heads, because by the time the water reaches me the spray is so spread out that it is difficult to rinse. Really just a minor inconvenience, everything was very clean!

Newly remodeled and very clean. Staff was awesome and do a wonderful job. The coffee machine in the lobby was amazing!

The location. There was a cemetery right across the street as our view. Check in was delayed over an hour because rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Property will be better when they add shops and restaurants to the empty spaces

Clean, spacious bathroom, friendly staff, room location preference accommodated, free close parking, no overpowering oders. Appreciated a shelf and grab bar in the shower. Another hotel said I had to book a disability room for a grab bar in the shower. What?? Another coastal hotel demanded a parking fee,,,I canceled their reservation. A solid value and no disappointments.

Window should open more than just a couple inches. Can’t smell the wonderful coastal breeze the way it’s restricted.

It was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. It was also close to the ocean and an area where we went paddle boarding. Even though there weren't many restaurants, there was a great little coffee shop and a great local restaurant nearby.

Our room was facing a cemetary. Honestly, it didn't bother me, but it might not be everyones cup of tea.

We were on a long drive heading back home and needed a place to stay for a night. It was my 3 young children, my husband, and myself. We arrived at almost midnight. There is no one at the front desk after 10pm, but they leave you a number to call and room keys to make your key. It went very smoothly to get our room. We were super impressed with how nice it was and how clean and comfortable the room was! I never actually saw any employees because we arrived so late and left early, but the one I talked to on the phone was pleasant. Overall we give it a 10/10. We are already planning on stopping there again next time we have to make that long trip!
