I loved the front desk staff, especially Sherrie (I believe was her name). She noted where I was from and I discovered she used to live in my state of Nevada (Reno). She gave me recommendations of fun things to do there which was dear because I’m new to Nevada. I also liked that IHG members could ask for later checkout. The mattress was amazing and the decor very nice in the room. BTW, I said “not applicable” to the services I didn’t use.

I would love if the room doors could be propped open somehow, as I was carting several things on the luggage cart and otherwise (to prevent car theft) and the door kept swinging shut on me. I’d love if breakfast could have gone ‘til 10am.

BREAKFAST:The pancake machine had the best, fluffy pancakes. Everything was delicious LOBBY: The only thing repulsive was the aroma of the smelly air freshener. I'd say ditch it and just clean well. ROOMS: Very clean, & quiet, even though we were across from the elevator. STAFF: Cudos to the professionalism they all took pride in their work.

Smelly air freshener, effects my allergies. No need for smelly stuff, if hotel is clean. Try air purifier, instead.

I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, Cherie! I could not believe that she remembered me. I had stayed here once before with my family several years ago! But she remembered and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed! She even moved her car so that we could have easier access with our infant! Cherie, is wonderful and we thank her for dedication to her guests!

Breakfast was 10/10, and I loved that the open hours were long, everything was fresh and stocked up. Everything was clean and looked so nice. Staff was welcoming and super attentive

The fact they over charged us after we paid for our stay. It's been a nightmare getting our money back

The facilities were clean and staff was very cheerful. The breakfast selection was very nice. And the location was perfect for our stay.

Unfortunately a guest tripped the fire alarm at 2:00 a.m. the first night. But Steph handled the false alarm well and the situation was resolved quickly.

Overall, the comfort was amazing, delicious breakfast with a variety of different options to pick from. The room was very nice and clean and well put together. Loved the in door pool and staff was very respectful and helpful through everything, very friendly staff 🙌

Easy access, super helpful front desk, bed was very comfy!

Parking was rough. I work at a restaurant and didn’t get a parking spot. Maybe work something out with the auto place next door for all the construction vehicles?

Staff was very friendly and helpful, we forgot out toothbrush and toothpaste and they provided us with complimentary items. Room was clean and comfortable, the pool is open until 11pm which was really nice.

Parking in the nights can be limited.

I rent rooms for my employees and some stay once a month while others are just one and done. All employees like the location in relation to the job location. All have had positive feedback when I ask about their stays.

Friendly staff, hot breakfast, very clean, comfortable bed, and a refrigerator AND microwave! And the 3rd floor view of the slough is very nice.

I wish the window opened more than a few inches for fresh air. Also the water for showers was warm at best… After spending days at the beach a hot shower would have been nice.
