Overall a really nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Location was great with restraunts and grocery stores close by. The room had a frig which was really nice to have. It was great to have 3 kings in one room so we could hang out and visit.

I could have used a softer bed, but I am VERY picky with beds. I had a hard time sleeping both nights. I do have pain issues which don't help but other hotels bed where not an issue. They felt pretty soft but sleeping was just harder.

Room waa spacious and i like that theres another room inside with a king bed. That was a plus. Logan front desk was very helpful and the housekeeper was very friendly. I also like the free ice, water and the drinks on the 1st floor. Other hotels does not offer that. Would definitely come back.

Maybe turn on the oprion for netflix, amazon prime stream services so we can sign in to our avcount and watch.. but the free tv had a lot of cable tv channels. Still good.

We were greeted with courtesy. Our room was spacious and quite clean. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom.

We were confused upon returning after a late evening out when there were no parking spaces left in the lot behind the building. We ended up parking at some distance on the opposite side of the Inn on a busy highway. The next morning I asked and apparently there was a lot next to the building where we could have parked but it wasn’t clear.

The room was very clean! I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and the size of the room. The bathroom was so spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the linen was crisp and clean. Overall I was extremely satisfied and will be returning. Our daughter will be attending CSUMB and we will be returning often.

I really can't say there was anything I didn't like. The property is about 8 minutes away from CSUMB so it was very convenient.

The room was big for the price and clean.

The shower floor was very slippery when my toddler walked in, he was slipping so much, thankfully I was in there so I was able to hold him until we had to place a towel in the shower. The fridge was not cooling our drinks at all and there were no vending machines. Other than these issues it was a good room for the money spent.

I like the vicinity and surroundings of the city. It is closed to state beach, several miles from carmel by the sea, point lobos and monterey. The Amenities is good too though great to have a complimentary breakfast in the future. The room itself is comfortable. It has the necessary things it should be in the room and the information that is written a the website. THe beds are somewhat clean when we walk in though I notice little stain on the side. They also have complimentary coffees and juices which is ideal for us during breakfast. Overall, It is a great room as my family and my partner enjoyed our stay at the place. I will most likely recommend this place and be back in the future

We wish it have more soap and bath things for single use.

Close to CSUMB which was perfect as we were visiting college. Suite was perfect for family of five although a bit dusty and extra bedding fresh from laundry was stained with black marks. We enjoyed the free Nespresso machine sinks as well as variety of juices. Staff was extremely helpful and generous.

Property is being remolded so hallway outside our room full of boxes and workers although it didn’t inconvenience us in any way.

The staff was so quick to check us in and she was so sweet! Our room was so spacious and it had a desk and a table to eat on as well as a small sofa!

The only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure of the restroom. Also, it’s very hard to balance the water between cold and hot. I had to stand there for 10 minutes thing to get it in a decent temperature.

It didn't have a pool. The Gym/Fitness room closed really early, (7pm) The bathroom floor had some hair on the floor. The living room had a toothpic. *But the staff, location, and the complimentary drink station made it better!*

The property was very clean and well stocked, management and workers were courteous and knowledgeable. Easy access to everything, good location, good pricing. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and shower with plenty of towels.
