Wonderful location, the highway is right there, but also when it was jammed, once or twice I got where I needed faster through Richmond, Albany & Berkeley. No problems with parking. Never heard any noise or any other reason to complain about neighbors. Convenience stores and breakfast places a few minutes away by car. Realistically you need a car to stay here. Friendly people at reception.

Pressure in the shower was not great (but still OK). The electrical outlet under the desk was poorly accessible, used one near the bed instead.

The staff are professional and courteous and do their job with a smile. When I had a problem they solved it without a hitch. Very welcoming and thoughtful. The room was quiet and so were the neighbors. Close to shopping and transportation! The cleaning service was awesome, would highly recommend a stay here!

The first room I was in, #116 wasn't good. The shower didn't work properly, water leaked from the ac/heater when it was turned on, and the fridge didn't work well but they were able to move me the same day! I just didn't like being near the freeway, too much noise from cars all the time.

The room was clean and comfortable. I arrived very late and the staff was friendly. I also had a request and they made sure it was fulfilled.

Affordable prices and the option to pay with credit card or cash. It's conveniently located right near the freeway entrances, a gas station and is quiet at night. There's enough parking inside the parking lot even for extra cars.

There are no vending machines or laundry room.

No breakfast at all , hotel is far from the place where convenient for everyone

Mattresses slid away from wall when reading in bed with back against headboard. Very annoying.

The room is quite big; the bed is big and comfortable; near the bus stop.

it is next to the street so very, very noisy...

I didn't like that I for sure left a personal cup in the room when I checked out. Later that afternoon the cleaning person denied that I had left any cup in the room. So she kept my cup.
