Everything! This hotel is getting to be a home away from home and still worth the money. It is convenient to BART and in a pretty safe location. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. The shower is easy to use too. Manager Sanjay and his staff have once again warmly extended their welcome. The cats are being well taken care of, with lots of love. I didn't see Josephine or her daughter, Maureen (Mo). But the youngest, Schmoelina (Schmoe), is now a new mom to two kittens! I have yet to give them names, but now that I've seen them, I will have a better idea. Will be back in a couple of weeks.

I have been a guest here four times, and it gets better and better each time. I loved the addition of the sofa in this room. Manager Sanjay and his staff: Subrat, ishwori, and Tenzin provide excellent customer service and always make me feel welcome and at home. Breakfast is decent for the reasonable price. Sanjay tenderly cares for the resident outdoor cats: Josephine, Moe, and Schmoe. He and his staff make sure they are fed and safe. I will be back soon. Thank you!

Really great value for money. Friendly staff. We had gotten in off the plane and they let us check in early. They held our stuff for us after we checked out. They didn't mind our kids. We were very happy.

Small things about facilities, like no handles on drawers on kitchen, but honestly such a great price, I didn't care! Would stay here again. Everything we really needed worked.

There wasn't breakfast but there was coffee in the lobby. The room was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked wonderfully which was important due to the fact that the SF Bay Area was under a heat warning/advisory. The hotel is very very close to public transportation, a short safe walk of about 5-10 minutes.

Did not try the breakfast as it was closed...only had coffee. I liked the cleanliness of the room and location.

The staff that greeted us was new and couldn't find our reservations which was fine, however there was no supervisor around and took awhile for her to finally ask for help from one of her peers. It was just frustrating for us as we had a long drive in.

The hotel was very close to BART (2 blocks) and Safeway (one block). It had plenty of parking and was right off the freeway too. It's a great alternative to the VERY expensive options in SF if you don't mind riding the train.

There were not a ton of food options nearby, just a couple fast food, and a Dennys. I didn't use any facilities there (I never do) so I'm not sure if they were nice or not.

The breakfast was okay, but more importantly, the staff was kind and helpful, the hotel was very clean, comfortable, and consistent in high quality customer service. Manager Sanjay did it again, making me feel welcome and sharing his caring and feeding of the resident outdoor cats. I always enjoy my visits and have become a regular.

I am a repeat guest for good reason. The manager, Sanjay, always makes me feel welcome. The outdoor resident cats are taken care of with a lot of love by him. He fills me in on their activities between my visits. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is safe and convenient to public transportation. The price is always reasonable as well.

I’ve stayed here twice! I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area. The rooms are specious, clean, modern and comfortable. The area is very quiet and the hotel feels safe. The location is buy shopping and restaurants and it’s right off the fwy. The staff is accommodating and it’s a great value for your money.

The location was perfect my sister passed this hotel and decided after 10 years to check it out for the first time. This location is surrounded with everything you need stores and restaurants in walking distance perfect and quite we are seniors so feeling comfortable is important bed was very very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave.
