Amanda at the Front Desk made my entire stay. From the moment i walked in to check into my room to the questions I had to recommendations for places in the area to coming down for coffee or to do laundry until i checked out there was Amanda with that beautiful smile of hers. She is very professional and incredibly patient and always makes me feel welcome to speak to her. Its obvious she takes pride in her job and she is definitely an asset to the company. Thank you for everything Amanda, your kindness was appreciated more than you know. I look forward to going back next time I'm in the area.

This is my favorite hotel. Literally. I only stay here when I'm in town for more reasons than i can name. First of all the staff are all amazing. Leslie, the Front Desk Agent, however, is exceptional. She always greets me with a smile, is patient, attentive, and very personable. I have been known to ask a lot of questions but Leslie never makes me feel like I'm bugging her in the slightest. She truly epitomizes what you expect someone working at the front desk to be...but never find in most hotels. Leslie definitely made my stay as amazing as it was. The rooms are very spacious and have a full kitchen which comes in handy. You can ask the front desk for pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc. The beds are very comfortable. There is a dresser and a closet for your clothes if need be. There were a lot of kids on my floor this stay but the noise was minimal. They serve coffee & muffins every morning. They also have a laundry room on site which is Incredibly helpful. It takes quarters or scan the code on the machine then you can download the app and pay to start loads off of your phone (the app will also let you know when your load is done). I give the hotel 5 stars. I give Leslie 5+ stars!!

The customer service from the girls at the front desk especially from Amanda she was so helpful that's why I keep coming back. . The rooms are clean and appreciate the kindness from the staff

Well, I told Amanda I didn't want my room cleaned cause I was recovering from surgery and didn't want to be disturbed. Housekeeping came to the door anyway and woke me up. The lady came a second time coming into my room I had to top latch on and asked what she wanted She said sorry wrong room. The second time I made a reservation I wanted to check in early I called the lady said no problem I could come anytime. I called before I left and got the manager she said oh no you can't check in early I said why not I was told I could. She could have offered a room that was available she didn't do that very rude. I almost cancelled my reservation I could go to the hotel next door but I didn't because of the customer service I received from the other girls. I still gave a good review

The location is excellent and my room was quiet.

I had advised the staff I was working at night and sleeping during the day. While sleeping I was awakened by staff pounding on my door. They claimed I had a balance to settle but it was not my room so I was woken up in error. It was difficult to fall back asleep since I had been required to report to the front desk to confirm I did not have an outstanding balance. I was frustrated.

No breakfast so you will need to cook. Another guest next to our room was playing loud music that vibrated the walls. The person probably lives there to have a stereo system that loud. You could hear it all down the hall and we complained several times and for the whole week that we stayed at least 5 of the days the person would still blast music.

I talked to Amanda on the phone before I arrived. She was very nice and answered my questions. Upon arrival I had a bad day I wanted a quiet room so I could rest and feel at home. She let me pick my room and I was very satisfied.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay. The only little thing is the water wasn't hot enough to take a hot bath which is my favorite thing to do but I don't have a bathtub at home.

The staff make all the difference. Amanda and Leslie are amazing and make me feel welcome every single time I'm there (which is often). Because of them it is like a home away from home and it is the only hotel I will stay at when im in the area. Thanks to those two women you have a guest for life!

The staff was great 👍 I had a small problem and they took care of it and I appreciate it I had left my phone charger at home so the manager helped me out and gave me a phone charger which I thought was very very sweet and the front desk lady was just as fantastic as he was I forgot their names but if you look up the time I was there then you'll know the names supposed to get a free lunch give it to them

Location and front desk were very friendly and courteous. For what I needed, this was a great value.

Only because I’m looking for dirt and things, it could have been tidy up a little more to my liking. However, it was not gross, I had all the antibacterial wipes and cleaners with bleach that I take anywhere I’m staying. So it was ok.

I like the fact that the property was close to the people we were visiting and allowed us to stay with our pets We originally had a accessible room with a queen bed but there was a leak and so we moved to a king bedroom but there are no king bedrooms that have accessible showers

I don’t like that there are no king bedrooms with accessible bathrooms
