The property is recently renovated and looks great. The color scheme and furniture is very nice. The bed was super comfy.

The light switch to the bathroom was outside the door, and behind it. We got used to it, but not a very good location for a light switch that one might need to access in the middle of the night.

Very modern and comfy. Security man outside at the door at all times. Very central.

There’s one street to the left of the property down one block (I think) where a lot of homeless people are staying. Not super safe to walk at night.

The employee in lobby was an excellent customer service skills he assisted me all the time nice talk respectful and he knows what is exactly I want 10⭐️

Loved the beautiful room and everything it provided.

No outside access unless going down to ground floor.

Great location, extremely walkable, lots to do in the area! The hotel lobby is nice and I was able to leave my luggage in a storage room after checkout.

The walls are paper thin. I heard someone’s entire phone conversation at 8am, I knew they were talking to their mom, I knew where they went the night before and what their plans were for the rest of the trip. I had to yell at them to keep it down, and I could hear them telling their mom that they just got yelled at to lower their voice!! Also, I could hear doors slamming in the hallway at 7am. After a night of drinking, hearing all this was brutal. Lastly, the cleaning was so so. I could tell the floor was not swept and there was an empty body wash bottle in the showers. I’m glad I brought my own soap.

New modern furnishings and gym onsite. Although would have expected a mini fridge in the room at least for the price!

Location very close to the tenderloin so wasn't super comfortable walking around on my own at times and ended up just bringing takeaway to the room
