Location close to relatives visiting. The town was cute and within walking distance to places.

Everything was on line. Not very personal. The person at the front office didn’t give much information. I didn’t realize one had to request room be cleaned on line. Would of been nice if there was a information booklet. Like places to eat, what to do or see in the area, the channels for the tv, about how to request room clean up each day. The carpet looked really soiled.

The lil cabins were so cute. It was quiet, clean and quaint. Right next to the main part of town which is convenient and also so quiet. It was the perfect little getaway, for sure will be back!

The only thing we didn’t love was the outdoor lights stayed on all night and they were bright. My suggestion would set them to a timer and have them go off with the “quiet” time 10pm so it’s darker in the rooms?

I liked Erick's customer service & his attentiveness to responding back quickly. I greatly appreciate his assistance.

However, there were some issues that I encountered with a different receptionist where I had requested toiletry items on multiple occasions & did not receive them until I went into the office to pick up my toiletries. Also, the washer & dryer were not working & are not free to use which is a bummer.

Great location for visiting the mountains and close to shops, fuel station and restaurants. Room was as expected and really enjoyed my stay.

Really enjoyed my stay, the only thing that was a slight issue was the stiffness of the room door. It needed trimming at the bottom and dragged along the carpet making it hard to enter. Not a big deal for me but for anyone old they would struggle to open.

These cabins, location and set-up are amazing. The views across the pines are gorgeous and we sat outside in the communal garden area during the evening which was lovely. We arrived late, and check-in was no problem at all. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped, location superb for our journey with ample parking. We would have loved to have stayed another night but we were on our travels to the next stop along the coast.

I liked the cabin aspect of the grounds. There were some outside repairs that needed to be done, typical for being in the mountains; loose nails, gate not latching, etc. But these things were also part of the charm. Very homey feel, and a comfortable bed.

The tile in the bathroom was slippery, my wife almost fell after her shower. Only 2 towels, and no rug or floor mat for showering. I suppose I could have requested more towels, but that leads to my only other complaint. There was never anyone in the office. It gave it kind of a cold feel. However, the person cleaning the rooms was very sweet and helpful.

Beautiful, serene and peaceful tranquility come together with great landscaping, multiple water features and well-maintained walking paths.

One of the rooms was overkill with the heat, even when off, and was unable to be slept in. Thankfully, the Indian cabin we rented had an additional bedroom. Also, a large kitchen was very nice. It could use some freshening due to the fireplace smoke, but it's not overwhelming.

The heated toilet seat! The beds were very comfortable.

Our TV controller was broken or bad batteries, we couldn't get the TV to work. So that was a bummer when we wanted to relax in bed and watch TV, we couldn't.

WOW! This cabin is located in a small, picturesque mountain town. We came for skiing and regretted not booking a few more nights. Simply a magical place. A small wooden cabin with a fireplace, perfect beds, and even an arcade machine in the kids' room.

The kids room is not heated in any way. They were cold at night.

Location was great. Walking distance from Restaurants, Bars, and ski rental places.

Salt inevitably tracks into the room despite the entry matt to wipe feet so was very painful when I was barefoot, and bathroom floor was freezing, wish there were bath mats and a small vacuum, I would have happily vacuumed up the salt on the carpet. Ended up never taking my shoes off even to pee in the middle of the night - Lol!
