The breakfast is very basic ... cold cereal ... dehydrated oatmeal ... canned juice ... coffee ... ready-to-microwave sandwiches.

The woman that checked me in was argumentative. When I made the reservation, I indicated that I was bringing a pet. They sent me a message about the pet fee, I said that was fine. Yet when we arrived, they did not have the information I was bringing a pet, they didn't have any more pet rooms for the room I'd reserved ... Why did I reserve that room? Then she said if I changed rooms, they would have one more pet room. We changed rooms.

It was convenient on located. Small hotel and pretty quiet. Well lit parking lot. Continental breakfast was pertly and honestly more than I expected in Alamosa.

Bed was wayyyyy too soft. We stayed 8 nights and were both hurting. Also, we liked the parking lot was well lit, we felt safe leaving our trailer with motorcycles. But the lights came in the windows and made it hard to sleep.

This hotel needs some upgrades. There are not enough plugs, and the ones we had were used for microwave and TV etc. There was a floor lamp that did not work because there just was nowhere to plug it in. A wall light didn't work either, which made for a dismal room. But, it was clean and breakfast was very good. Location was good with plenty of restaurants. Very nice town.

Exceptional clean. Older hotel, but one of the cleanest I have ever been in. We were very impressed. Staff was wonderful. Our daughter was car sick after the trip and really needed to lay down. The staff accommodated us even though it was early check in. They allowed us to stay in lobby while they got our room ready. While we were waiting I was impressed to see the staff working hard cleaning rooms. They were working so hard. They got us in a room early so she coughs lay down and they were so nice! Definitely would stay again. The breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but had several options. Great price, courteous staff, comfortable beds and linens. Overall quality and cleanliness was exceptional.

Wish there was a pool but no biggie. Air conditioner in room was loud but tolerable.

Good value and convenient location for me. The managers are very pleasant and helpful.

Room lacked convenient access to outlets near bed and desk to connect phone charger and/or computer. Access to 2nd floor rooms via stairs only. Not a problem for me.but less mobile guests.should request a ground floor room when making reservations.

Property located near Alamosa main street which was nice. Great Sand Dunes is only 30 mins from the property. Overall decent and comfortable stay.

The only sad part about the breakfast was, they had options only for meat eaters. There wasn't even white bread which could be used to spread butter. They could add options for breakfast which doesn't have any meat at least.

I liked the carpet in the room. The staff in the lobby were very nice. Of course, the price and cleanliness were very acceptable.

When we were getting ready for bed, we realized there were no cups in the room. I called and was told we would need to pick them up in the lobby. In the morning I went down and picked up cups and drinking glasses and a coffee maker. Then I had to figure out where to plug it in at. Not easy to do with no coffee first. I wish we would have been told at checkout. There were no lamps with ports to charge our electronics either.

Vintage establishment, a bit more could be done to preserve its "old" charm.

Breakfast was below average, no fresh food like eggs or fruits; very basic. Too bad very little is available in order to encourage reclycling; not acceptable in this day and age. Quite expensive given the medium quality offered by the establishment,

Located on the edge of Alamosa right off the highway for easy access. Quiet and clean, nothing fancy, but great for an overnight stay. Breakfast was great and included: breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, granola bars, cereal (hot/cold) and some pastries. Simple accommodations, would stay again.

The man who greeted us was pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The facilities were clean but a little dated.

The only way that we could get the A/C compressor to kick in without turning it down to 61. Check the freon in the air conditioners. The room didn't cool down to 61, but it was cool. The breakfast choices were not acceptable for someone who is diabetic. The walk-in handicap shower was too small. The hot water did not get very hot.
