Breakfast was included. The room was big and clean and the hotel has a fitness room and a snack shop. The hotel is in a quiet area and within walking distance of a Walmart which was nice. For anyone visiting the Great Sand Dunes this is a very decent option.

Breakfast is more on the sweet side, not very many healthy options. There are some pretty good restaurants downtown, but you will need a car to get to them. Otherwise, buying some things from Walmart is the next best option.

This location is safe, simple, modern and just a perfect place to be comfortable in. No other hotel could compare in this area. I am a student in ASU, and strongly encourage that you stay in this hotel, even if it's not on the cheaper side, I still ENCOURAGE STRONGLY that you stay here, it's so safe and the staff are sweet and hardworking

Cleanliness. I asked the dieskk clerk on arrival "is this new"? She informed me it was eight years old. She said we try to keep it clean. They do! There was a movie theatre just off the property. We saw The Sound of Freedom. An exceptional movie that enhanced on stay. Alamosa has several good reatuarants downtown. The reason for stoppng here was to visit the Sand Dunes the next day. NOT TO BE MISSED! Very interesing and beautiful. The exhibit shop should be the first stop before you go to the dunes to gain a better appreciation of the experience.

Very poor. Food was not good nor was it adequate. A family including small children had nothing. This was an hour before closing. I felt badly enough for them I addressed the young lady in charge.

Room and bathroom were both very clean. Location of hotel was very convenient. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The breakfast was terrible. All prepackaged and warmed up items. No waffle or pancake maker. The comforter on the king sized bed would have fit on a queen better, We are not large people, but found ourselves needing to squeeze on the bed in order for both to have blanket to cover us.

This was the best hotel room we have seen in a while. The room and bathroom were spotless. Everything in perfect condition. I love the nice flooring as opposed to scary carpet. Beds and pillows were great. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options. I would absolutely stay again.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The facility was clean and nice. The beds were extremely comfortable except for the pillows. The bathroom was very nice. Very clean. And very big. It's big enough for two adults to get ready for the day at the same time. We could hear a little noise from the highway, but the hallways were quiet, and we rested well.

It was a little pricey compared to others like it in the area. And it could do with some softer pillows.

The room was very clean and large enough. I like that breakfast was included. The lobby was welcoming and roomy.

The person at the check in desk could have been more friendly. The elevators were not working which was somewhat inconvenient. It would have been nice if there were more a few more food options at breakfast. Also, whilst eating, there was no wait person who checked to see if everything was up to par.

Great location!

The room was advertised incorrectly. We got only one bed instead of the two that advertised and when we tried to make changes to get a room with two beds we were told it was not possible. There wasn’t even a sofa bed like it advertised.

The break fast wasn’t advertised in the deal but me and my family really enjoyed it. The food was limited but good.

I didn’t love that our room wasn’t redone after the first night even though we left at 10 am to go to the Grand sand dunes.

Breakfast was good just wish they had plenty of it. The location was perfect.

Didn’t like that the room didn’t come with black out curtains and at breakfast they didn’t bring out more food when the trays were empty.
