The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the stay for the staff alone. Special recognition for the check in staff and the young lady working the breakfast on our first morning, August 16th. Warm , welcoming, and amazing!

The hotel sits off busy road and unfortunately there was a car, or multiple, with loud muffler driving down the road late at night. Windows may be single pane and noises can be heard in room from outside.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Polite and professional. I have stayed here 4 times and its great every time. Beds are comfortable too.

Didn't have hot water around 11 AM because between everyone showering before check out and laundry for housekeeping. Did not happen the last time we were there but the staff gave us a late checkout to wait for hot water.

Better than expected! Impressive variety of options for breakfast. Jacuzzi unfortunately overpopulated with children at the time we were able to use it.

Not sure you could fix the fact that one of the beds sloped toward the edge, making for uncomfortable sleep. Overall a very pleasant experience for our brief overnight.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Kevin. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Offered a wonderful breakfast, and complimentary snacks.

The elevator was broken. You could exit out of the side doors, but not re-enter through them which was frustrating as our room was on the second floor, and we had to walk around the building multiple times to get to the stairs.

Great welcome by staff at Checkin. It was surprising to see they even had some welcome snacks and drink. Room was great with comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean and big with all toiletries provided and towels clean and stocked. Great options at breakfast too. Warm pool and hot tub. Complete value for money. Highly recommended

Since the building is old, carpets were a bit old.

Unfortunately elevator broken. I realize as a former resident of the SLV how difficult it is to get parts and repairs made. But for elderly travelers having to hoof it up the stairs with luggage is hard. Maintenance on key equipment to avoid outages is imperative. Not saying it was their fault, but an unexpected inconvenience

A lot of options for breakfast and some healthy ones. Staff was friendly. There were snacks for pets and people at check-in. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Located by a walmart and many food/restaurant options

Being so close to the main road it was very noisy on that side of the hotel. Not their fault just be aware

Pool was heated. Plenty of breakfast choices. Nightlight in bathroom was unique and a nice to have. Staff was friendly.

The rooms facing the road were very loud. Other than that, It's what you would expect for a Holiday Inn, it has nice rooms and breakfast for the price.

Staff was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location was great. Decent hot breakfast. Nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and provided 4 pillows (2 soft and 2 firm) which was was awesome.

Shower pressure a little low and it didn’t have a wand, just a normal shower head that didn’t adjust.

Breakfast was very good. There was a variety of foods and the attendant was very alert to the needs of people. Room was large and had enough space for many people. The food was spread out so there was no crowding of the areas. Really liked the snack stand at check in.
