Location and the room was clean and presentable.

The WiFi was very weak in the room. Had to be very close to the window or door to allow my cell phone & laptop to reliably connect. Also in the middle of the night I had to get up and I tried to turn on the wall lamp between the beds. It did not work. In an attempt to find the wall switch by the entrance door, I severely stubbed my big toe on some furniture. After stopping the bleeding and bandaging my toe. I determined the wall lamp was not plugged in behind the heavy nightstand. Possibly because of a loose electrcial outlet. Today I am be treated by a doctor for my injured toe. Will obtain an X-ray on Monday and he prescribed an antibiotic for possible infection.

Nicely updated rooms with a comfortable bed. The room was surprisingly large. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. Despite being right on 285 it was quiet (our room was a few back from the road). Convenient location.

They allow smoking just outside the rooms. As there is no AC and it was a warm day it would’ve been nice to open the window to cool down the room before we went to bed but the guy next to us (who appeared to perhaps be a resident) smoked almost nonstop outside our room.

We liked the chairs in the room and the stove top so we were able to cook and eat several of our meals in the room. the stove top does require special pans, but Holly does have them available for a deposit, which you get back when returned. Holly went above and beyond in taking care of our little dog one day when we were out. Easy access right off the highway with plenty of parking area.

The only thing was the beds were a little firm for me, but that is personal preference. and we were used to a queen sized bed, but not a big issue.

Older setting and fixtures, but everything worked great. The place was exceptionally clean. The water pressure and temperature was excellent. Staff made sure I had what I needed. Very much exceeded my expectations for the price paid.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location right off the main road in fairplay, and a short walk to the downtown strip. We love eating at casa Sanchez’s and Mr. Burro’s after all our backpacking trips. They’ve always been amazing! Highly recommend the western inn. Simple, well-priced and very accommodating.

The room was ok. The location was convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The hot water heater leaked a little and stopped working so I had to change rooms unexpectedly. The road in front is under construction so it will be better once that's over.

Friendly and helpful staff. Appreciated refrigerator with freezer. Spacious room.

Floor was pretty dirty as was sink drain. Smoke alarm went off in middle of the night for no reason.

The exterior needs some work as it looks dated and not very attractive but the rooms are updated and excellent.

Exterior could use some upgrading. Also the parking entrance was being torn up but I believe that was the town’s work and the hotel had little control over it.

Nicely decorated and clean room. Helpful staff. Good vibe. We were just passing through so can't comment much on the town but it was nice to have somewhere to eat a few steps away. And they were helpful when a snowstorm rolled through overnight!

The bathroom could use a fan, and a toilet brush.

It had everything we needed and was spacious. We really appreciated the laundry facilities because many of our clothes got wet on the drive. It was a great place to land after many long hours of driving.
