Located next to the river on a dead end, so nice and quiet. Great location. Free use of the hot springs pool, so nice after a long day of sightseeing! 3 different pools with different temps so you can get as hot as you want. Took advantage of room service which was super fast, and the food from their restaurant was very, very good, and very, very reasonably priced!! Their breakfast, which was free with our booking, was amazing, lots of great selections you don't see elsewhere. Staff was very nice.

We were in a room at the back and the parking was kind of tight for a big car.

Beautiful, unforgettable views. The room was clean. It was a quiet Tuesday so we always had a tub to ourselves & also the vapor cave. The buffet breakfast was good & included in the room price. It had a good variety of breads, waffles, biscuits and gravy, variety of meats, egg dishes, yummy fresh fruit, cereal, juices, coffee, some soda selections. The pools were mostly clean and very relaxing. I slept well after a nice soak.

The coffee maker/Keurig type in the room did not work. It spilled coffee grounds into the coffee. Also no sweetener or creamer was available in the room. I walked over to get coffee in the River Building and it tasted like it had been made the night/day before. For coffee drinkers, this is a pretty big deal that needs to be right. I understand charging for waters, but the robes should be included with the room and not a $5 rental.

We love the pools/hot tubs and free breakfast. The easy access to the ice park is fantastic. The staff is very nice and friendly. The free access to the steam and dry rooms/saunas this year was a huge plus. Very relaxing and great way to recover after a long day climbing!! We will continue to make this place our annual vacation and base camp when we come to town.

Starting breakfast a half hour earlier would be a huge plus. When the ice park opens at 7:30 or 8a, the 7a opening time makes it difficult to not feel rushed through eating in order to get ready with our day. Also, much to our own fault, we didn’t realize we had booked a room so far away from the pools/hot tubs. Unfortunately the staff was not able to accommodate us and update our room which made it very tough for my young kids to be walking across the street and up the block to get to and from the pools. Also, the fridge in our room didn’t work which was quite unfortunate since we brought a lot of perishable food to get us through our stay. The one upgrade that would be much appreciated would be a microwave in the rooms.

Liked pretty much everything except for the whole reason I stayed there, which was the hot springs. The location was beautiful.

The hot springs pools were slimy. My boyfriend had moss on his swim trunks. The vapor cave rooms were not hot. Since we had to walk across the street to get in the pool area, it would have been nice not to have to rent the robes. I was very disappointed in the hot springs and a little worried they are not healthy.

We loved our stay at Twin Peaks Lodge! We had a great time "pool hopping" between the two big pools and the smaller hot spring pools, all while enjoying yummy cocktails from the bar. The pizza from the restaurant and buffet breakfast were delicious! This hotel clearly values its customers and wants to provide the best experience!

The only complaint I have is that the a/c unit in our room was a little wonky and made some funky noises. However it worked well and kept us cool, and didn't bother us enough to reach out to management.

We stay here at least once a year! The hot springs pools can’t be beat and the breakfast is always fantastic. The hot cocoa/coffee in the lobby is a welcome treat to take into the hot springs pools. Gorgeous location and walkable to downtown. The staff is always friendly and we never want to leave! A very memorable 18th bday for my son and his friends!

It’d be awesome if the robes were included in the resort fee in addition to one bottle of water each. Those hot springs dehydrate you!

First time since the renovations and I'm only sorry we hadn't known about it sooner! The pools and hot springs are beautiful. The views, breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was professional, attentive, personable, and kind. The pools were both kid-friendly and peaceful for the meditative soaker. I wish I knew about the package deal before I booked, I would have loved to have gotten a massage. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding nice and cozy. We definitely will be coming back soon and recommending this location to others. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and unforgettable.

I was a bit disappointed that we weren't in the hotel right next to the pools and we had to go down to the one by the river. When I booked the room it didn't say anything about that. Also, the heater was dirty. It needed the filter pads replaced badly, the room was freezing on the bathroom side, if we turned on the heater it only got really hot close to the first bed but never warmed up the bathroom. However, we weren't in the room much but it was a bit uncomfortable. Glad it was towards tge end of winter.

The location is prime as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions in town. The private hot springs and vapor caves are well kept and worth not having to use the public pools. There was one guy working at mineshaft when we got here and had the whole restaurant to run and he did an awesome job. Younger guy shoulder length hair. All weekend we were here he seemed to be the only one serving and did well! Food was great as usual.

Was disappointed this time as the room had dirty glasses and mugs. When we took them to the front desk the girl didn’t know where new/ clean ones were. We asked for a clothing iron twice and never received one. When we asked the front desk person about making reservations for next summer the lady was rude and condescending when we told her we used booking.com instead of their direct website. She told us the dates we wanted were unavailable but when we went online they were open. They also do not offer any loyalty discounts. We only stay here when we come to Ouray and have come 4-5 times now so it would be a nice perk.

The location was beautiful, best spot and view in Ouray! The whole hot springs & pool area was beautiful. We would absolutely return for the location and the view from the hot springs!

The rooms are pretty basic and there were stains on some of the towels and bedding. I wouldn't stay in the river walk building again until it's renovated but would stay in the main building. Overall, we'd return in a heartbeat for the hot springs facilities, view and kind staff.

This is our 3rd time visiting in 12 months, from Wisconsin. Pricing went up considerably from last summer (guessing because last year they were doing construction). Still a great value. Hot springs great, tiki bar great, buffet breakfast great. If you want a real treat though, visit in the winter. It's the best!

We were in what must be the oldest of the buildings as our bathroom door didn't shut tightly, the floor and significant dips in it and a squeaky front door. Hot water in the tub left a bit to be desired as well. But honestly, not unhappy. Just a few things. The children in the room above us must have been having an amazing time though as you could how excited they were haha.
