Upon arrival, the instructions were to go to the villa check-in, but this office was closed due to construction, and the backup instructions were to go to the main hotel. This took some navigating as the property is under construction, and as first time visitors must navigate the property with minimal lights at night. The property is a bit of a maze.

I was encouraged to visit the main hotel for breakfast buffet and to wear my bracelet to identify as a visitor / patron renting. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very nice people and took the time to seat us. We were as ked after eating if the charges could be added to the room, or would we want to pay directly. Firs off, we didn't know there was a charge, there was no signage or specificity. As first-timers, this appeared to be complimentary. But it was not. The buffet was $30 per son, an we were 6! Not somthing we enjoyed haviong to be surprised about. But the service was great and we didnt mind to pay.

A Wonderful Stay at Amelia Island Villas! Our stay at Amelia Island Villas was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, with breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere all around. The property and resort had everything we needed, and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, with no issues at all. The valet service was excellent, and there was plenty of parking available. We stayed in a villa without a kitchen, and it was perfect for our family of four—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Amelia Island Villas to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

I was able to check in 2.5 hours prior to my check in time, which was wonderful! This gave me a great impression of the property, right off the bat. The staff member who checked us in was wonderful, clear on instructions and gave great answers to any and all questions we asked. We felt very welcome right from the start. The facilities were extremely clean and services/accomodations provided by Omni were wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Received our keys and information from the front desk at the Omni Resort. There were two gentlemen who greeted us, gave great directions as this is the first time we are staying in the Villas outside of the Omni Resort/ Hotel. In the 12 years that my family and I have celebrated the New Year, The experience at the Omni Amelia Island never disappoint. Exemplary customer service, a safe place to enjoy New Year's eve, College game day. The location of the room was better than expected as it was on level one right on the ocean with amazing views of the night sky. Bonus the firework display was right on out backyard.

The room had a musty smell when we first entered, but dissipated shortly after running the a/c.

I loved the location and access to all of the amenities. The staff was very helpful & we had a great time! The pools were lovely & it was perfect for my family!

The only downfall was that the elevator broke & we had to walk 6 flights of stairs. My grandma was unable to come back up after having to walk down them..she is 85. I also had 3 small children with me I had to carry, so it was very inconvenient and tiresome. Other than that, we had a great time!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our Villa was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool right outside of our Villa and also the beach.

I wish they had some sort of app with a map of the resort. It's a large resort so getting around wasn't entirely easy/user friendly. It would have been nice to know more information on the amenities such as shuttle schedule and the best place for beach access.

Even in the midst of cleaning up following a tropical storm, the staff went out of their way to satisfy our needs.

We were on the first leg of our honeymoon. I DID NOT LIKE that Booking.com had not reserved the Ocean-view room that we had requested. It was disheartening to learn from resort management that the room reserved by Booking.com was not facing the ocean. After expressing my displeasure, I had to negotiate a change in the room location to achieve our wishes.

The villa was large and had 3 1/2 bathrooms. .

One of the twin beds was broken or something -- it was terrible to have to sleep on it. It was lopsided with a sinking area on the middle and left side. It needs to be fixed

Beautiful grounds and clean. Very scenic and enjoyable. Peaceful and quiet. Live the trails and walk ways.

We booked via booking so unclear if we had access to pool at Omni or tennis/ pickleball. Many sub communities within gated property so unclear which access we could enter. Hard to find coffee for purchase for mornings. Had to go out of property to find each day.

Shuttle service was prompt and friendly, staff was very courteous; especially Bailey Wall. The restaurants on property were wonderful: Marche, Natural Slice and Falcon’s Nest.

TV not in service in living room, balcony door did not lock near dining room. The mattresses were very ordinary. The towels were scratchy.
