Very clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Very convenient to get to the store. Great place to stay for us as the cruise port was 2 minutes away. Will book again on my next cruise!!

I received a call from a staff member at 5:30am saying my booking was not going through. I booked through Booking.com. The staff member said booking.com didn't do something and I would have to pay extra. She tried calling them. I end up calling back to the hotel around 9am and another staff member said everything was fine with my booking. I booked back in March and for something to be wrong the day I was leaving North Carolina to come to your hotel was nerve racking. I was better after I was told everything was ok. If something is wrong with a booking please let people know in a timely manner. Everything else was great for our stay.

This hotel is affordable with excellent customer service from the staff. We booked for a deluxe room with queen beds for a day. The space is adequate, equipped with microwave, fridge, tv, aircon and comfortable beds. On top of that, the parking is free. Bathroom amenities are also good, plenty of supplies to use. We loved our stay!

The breakfast is okay. However, the pancake machine is awesome but the end product tastes bland. It says in the pictures bacon but didn’t find any in the menu, a little bit disappointed. Also, I recommend checking the biscuits before serving since some of it were stale and hard. In addition, when we enter the room it has a strange, old smell from the inside but goes away after turning the aircon.

The breakfast was delicious but was not restocked as the people were going through...it was a lot of people but the coffee was empty...the sweet rolls were gone and never did get restocked...the pancake machine needed a new bag...I asked the women that was slowly bringing stuff out if we could have coffee and she laughed and said did you drink it all? But we never did get coffee. So we were very disappointed. But everything else was perfect.

Those mattresses were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. If there is anyway you could share the exact name and or brand with me. We only stayed one night because we were leaving on a cruise. This was the closet hotel to the port. They were doing a remodel of a majority of the rooms but I was very content with the room we had. No complaints from me.

nothing, staff was very friendly checking in and checking out. Not to mention the breakfast was very enjoyable also, pancakes sausage and gravy and of course cereal, milk OJ and apple juice. Everything was very nice

I did not like that they did not have scrambled eggs and the gravy was too thick. Biscuit were a little too hard. No bacon. It was an okay breakfast.

The communication between Booking.com and the hotel was not clear on the number of rooms. I booked two rooms but the hotel only showed one. However, they were able to accommodate my family because they had a cancellation. I would have had only one room. I was not happy about it at the time. But they were able to assist me with me issue.

The breakfast was good. The location to the Carnival pier was the main reason for the stay at this particular location. I imagine that is the case for most who stay here. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I asked about transportation to the carnival pier and was told there was an independent service that comes on cruise days to shuttle back and forth for a small fee.

It was easy to check in and out. Clean , comfortable. Rooms had plenty of space. Hot water, provided hand soap, lotion, body wash. Shampoo, conditioner. Other upon request. The continental breakfast was delicious. Wasn't sure what to expect when we booked this hotel we were not disappointed. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The breakfast was great. The location is very nice area. The operation manager Ace was wonderful ,he was very kind and helpful our tv didn't work in our room, Ace wentand got us another TV and hooked it up. Ace Mae should we had everything we needed.

The pool needs new furniture.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and the furniture and decor was up to date, also nice amenities.

The breakfast could have been better and more creamer options for coffee.
