Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We used the complimentary shuttle service from the airport which was fine. We called after picking up our luggage and it arrived in about 15 minutes, The Publix grocery store was nearby so we were able to buy some wine to bring onto our cruise ship.

The hotel was very clean and our handicap accessible room was more than spacious to accommodate my husband's mobility scooter and still feel like we had room to move around. I also liked that they had hot breakfast in the morning and that staff allowed us to leave our luggage behind the desk, as we arrived hours early, so that we could go out and explore until check-in. Everything was exceptionally clean and the shuttle service from the airport was great!

The location was near the cruise port, however, I didn't feel super safe walking the area at night. I also would have enjoyed a pool and staff being more attentive to the breakfast area. There were a lot of people in a small, congested area; wish someone was stationed there to better help with the flow of traffic and/or have it set up better like the plates and utensils at the start of the bar and then people walk down a line to gather what they like.

I had to visit several spots around in the course of two days and I found this site to be extremely convenient. Free shuttle service is every half an hour from terminal three Fort Lauderdale. It is a small colorful, clean hotel and was perfect for my purpose. Front staff was very helpful, communicative and friendly. Wide variety to choose from breakfast of good quality with a lot of space to sit, well spread out to provide personal space. Room is modern and clean with all the utilities necessary for my purpose. Window shades are perfect for sleep and noise reduction. Only issue I had was that I missed one shuttle from Fort Lauderdale hotel. They share this shuttle with Wyndham; that name is in large letter with TRU name less conspicuous. I will use this facility again.

I will suggest the driver could come out with two separate play cards showing the name of the hotels. That gesture immediately will make your customers much more comfortable. A personal touch. I saw many other drivers doing that.

Customer service the lady at the check in counter was perfect great Customer service I am big on respect treat people how you want to be treated the lady at Customer service was everything I ask for when I spend my money on things I look up to I actually thought that she was a manager because she was so good I told my daughter I bet that lady is the manager my daughter said yes mom she is the manager so I was just watching her with the other Customers and she treated everyone the same so I ask her was she the manager and she said no she only been there for 2 and a half years but she was good

The first time I stayed at your hotel never heard of Tru but I am so glad I did what I didn't like was when we got our room key and went to the room it had hair all over the pillows and food under the covers when I pull the covers back when house keeper finally came he gives my daughter the pillow cases to change I said no you suppose to change everything we came to relax so he change the covers who ever cleaned the room I don't think was clean

The check-in was done very quickly and efficiently, the big complimentary breakfast was a lovely surprise, and the seating area was comfortable. It was very easy to book our shuttle to travel to the port the next day to start our cruise. The shuttle was on time, and got there within 30 minutes.

When I got home after my cruise, I saw that they had taken off a larger amount than I had booked it for on Booking.com. After finally finding out how to contact customer service, I did get back the difference within 3 days. The reason they gave was 'a discrepancy between their property systemen abd Booking.com'.

The good is a location and ppl working there 🩵 if you have car there is a place (valet 15 per day) or nearby local parking (11 per day)

The breakfast: is only eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, oatmeal, bananas, apples, oranges, “juice”, coffee, tea. And is ok if it’s one day, but everyday is boring. And also I would say loud AC.

This accommodation exceeded all expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and arranged, reflecting the highest standards of cleanliness. The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist. Every detail contributed to an exceptionally pleasant stay, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I loved the free shuttle although I think we waited a good 45 minutes maybe even an hour. I also was glad that you provided an easy sign up with “WAYS” to get us to the cruise port and also the return to the airport.

I tried and tried to get through to the hotel during the lay over in Austin. I don’t know maybe the phones don’t ring in Florida at lunch time. Very frustrating. Called and called no answer. Around 12:30 to 1:30. Who knows maybe to busy.

Bed was very comfortable, 24 hours pick up that you must call once you have your luggage, snacks to buy 24 hrs, breakfast after 6:30am, very clean, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, and comfy pillows!
