The staff were super friendly, including housekeeping, the front desk, and the shuttle drivers. I also liked the ease of opting for late check-in and check-out; the cost for each were reasonable, but at the high end of reasonable. Proximity to the airport was great, as was the hotel's free airport shuttle. The area is pretty decent too, with lots of places within a 10-15 minute walk.

I didn't like the breakfast was an extra cost, so I didn't try it. However, that lead me to find a place in walking distance that had excellent coffee and breakfast while costing less than the hotel breakfast. (Check out Bake Shack!)

Property was very Clean! the pool was good, beds were comfortable which gave a great nights sleep, there's a laundry which was great. The property is booked heavily in weekends so book early.

Service in the eating area on the Sunday and Monday nights was EXTREMELY Poor. The staff member wasn't interested in serving he would rather sit at the end of the bar and chat to his friends. Not at all welcoming and didn't clear our table at all. We decided not to dine there again after his attitude. Airport pickup was bad! We are from overseas and didn't have a sim for our phone to ring shuttle so we went to the pickup point thinking they would stop anyways. They drove straight past the pickup even with us waving at them to stop. Shuttle was disappointing

Having shuttle service from airport to hotel. Hotel room was fine.

Had to sit in lobby for hours because we arrived early with no food service. Was hoping shuttle to cruise ship would be complimentary, but it was not. Check in was confusing. Had to stand in line which became unorganized.

Great proximity to the airport and cruise port. Not a fancy place but clean and fine! We enjoyed hanging out at the pool for a bit before leaving for our cruise. I’d say it’s not in a super nice area but was within walking distance from a few restaurants and served its purpose. We’d stay again if we did another cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale but if you’re wanting a more central area to explore FLL this is not the place.

Breakfast was just ok.

Very clean room. The nearby Fish Grill is a nice restaurant. You can get everything you need at Walgreens that is just two blocks away.

There was only decaf in the room, but fresh coffee is available in the lobby.

The room was large, clean, and very well-appointed. The decor was neutral and understated, which I did not mind at all. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The furniture and fixtures were of good quality, and there were small, considerate details that made a big difference to our stay. We loved that the coffee was free and available 24 hours. The lady at the check-in counter was happy and welcoming: the perfect host!

The food could have been better: it was overpriced, and the menu selections and portions were much smaller than expected. Happy hour was not so happy, primarily because the person charged with the service did not seem comfortable in their role. Perhaps, they were filling in for someone else? The front door was problematic (it had to be opened with the key card, but it did not work half the time).

The hotel was close to the airport as I was only staying a night to wait for my flight. The check-in was easy and quick. The place was clean and it was nice that they offered shuttle service to the airport.

Online and on the phone when you call, they say the shuttle service is 24/7 and runs every 30 minutes. When I landed from my flight and called after waiting for a while at the shuttle pick up area, I learned that you have to call and book for the shuttle. Not only that but the driver doesn’t stop at every post in the shuttle pick up area. They only stop at one so you have to keep walking back-and-forth to check if that’s your van to get into or you will miss it because he drives away- this is different than other hotels that were stopping at each stand at the shuttle pick up.

Our room was clean, staff were very helpful, went the extra mile with all my questions. Transportation to airport was efficient.

We like a free breakfast included. This was the basic free breakfast that you would get at another restaurant but they make you pay $12 per person.

Proximity of hotel to the airport. Easy check-in and checkout. Clean room with great amenities at this hotel. The lobby & dining area were excellent. Neat well equipped gym. Pleasant and efficient staff. Excellent shuttle service.

The hallway of the floor on which we were placed smelt horrible. If I knew the hotel was one with pet-friendly accommodation, I might have chosen a different place. Luckily, inside of the room was very clean and comfortable.
