The front desk staff and conceirge were great. We experienced very helpful and professional servers in the bar on 2 sep occasions. One was Drew. he was super. We spoke a couple of times with our housekeeper, she fantastic as well. The bellmen were all friendly and helpful even when we just walked by. Thank you to the mgmt of the W Hotel and staff. You guys went above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot say enough good things about our stay.

We didn't have a great experience in the El Vez restaurant. We were seated in the back near the outside entrance. That area was extremely hot. Very uncomfortable. We asked for more AC but the server told us they stuggle with the heat consantly and that the hotel controls the temperature. The server was friendly but she took a very long time to serve us in the beginning. I am not sure if that was her fault as she could have seated multiple tables at once. After we placed the order, things moved much more quickly. Trust me, because of the heat, we were glad to exit as quickly as possible.

The hotel small cafe closed early and the bar at smaller pool hardly ever open. No toilets on the beach and couldn’t get a bed as too busy. Also main pool was packed too so had to wait in a restaurant for a bed to come free.. it never did … paid a lot for the holiday so this was disappointing.. new year the living room closed unless you paid to access. Thought you could have at least opened it until 8pm to residents for drinks to purchase .

First, all the positive feedback, The hotel is beautiful, the room was extremely comfortable the location was wonderful, all the public areas were luxurious and well maintained. The biggest amenity was the staff, everyone my family had contact with was amazing!

Only two things could use improvement, 1 while we were there, only one elevator in our tower was working, we received a notice after we checked out that the staff elevators were available for our use. 2. The shower in our room was clear glass which in a king suite would be fine, but in a two bed shared space (we are a family with teenagers) it didn't work so well.

The location, and amenities

I didn’t care for the steak restaurant that had an amazing atmosphere and delicious food. However, the noise level was overwhelming, making it difficult to hear myself think. Trying to have a business conversation was nearly impossible due to the loud chatter from other patrons.

Views from the balcony were fantastic. Bar and food at the bar were great as well.

We had to go to the pool area early in the morning because people go down early and reserve spots ands show up later. Temperatures in the hallways were very cold.

Luxurious experience from check in to check out. The property is very beautiful and the room was amazing! Direct access to the beach with great amenities to take advantage of like an umbrella and two lounge chairs.

everything was exceptional at the W, but what stood out the most was the exceptional service by all staff. Raul at the front desk was especially kind and accommodating helping make our one night visit better than we could have imagined. We received top rate massages from profession and talented massage therapist. and enjoyed fantastic food at the multiple restaurants on sight. In our 24 hours stay we never needed to leave the hotel to have the perfect relaxing and joyful couples getaway.

We loved the staff absolutely fantastic went above and beyond to help us and provide us with the best service our flight go cancel and we were so worried about wondering around with our suit cases and the front desk staff allowed us to have late check out which was amazing

I like the pool. It is not too deep and my daughters who do not know how to swim could easily get into it.

I expect to have a little Microwave in my room. The Coffee maker was not working, or maybe I did not know how to use it.
