Great location, few minute walk to the beach, lots of cafes and restaurants around. The staff were all very nice and helpful, always there if I needed anything, and happy to help. I was a solo female, I only had option to book the mixed room but was put in the female dorm so that was nice. There is a locker with lock provided with each bed with bedding and towels, beach towels are also available at the front desk, so its nice you dont have to bring anything. Its nothing fancy but exactly what you would expect if youve stayed in hostels before and it is what it is for a good price. As cleanliness goes, the whole place is cleaned everyday properly. Mess and dirt happens as you are living with a bunch of other travellers.

I dont have too much to say. It would get messy or dirty by other travellers, at its worse right before cleaning. But that just happens when you are with so many people.

It was very convenient to the nightlife and the beach is literally one block away! Many restaurants nearby!

I didn't mind the coed dormitory type stay, although each shower stall has frosted glass doors, perhaps a main door for the shower room for a little added privacy would've been a courtesy.

- No eletrical or gas oven (just microwave). When you stay at a hostel that has a swimming pool, you would expect one - Some beds (just a few of them are too close to each other) which leads to less privacy This hotel is brave enough that will even ask you not to cover your bed - No luggage storage while you wait until check in time - Normally a hostel will let you use its facilities until the time of your flight. Dont expect that here Once the check out time has arrived you are out - Stolen food. More than a few times there were missing food in the fridge along with other things like chargers left on beds. Hotel did little or nothing about it (they could have checked the cameras)

things have degraded since my last stay. toilet doors can’t lock. toilet seats are foam plastic and they are either loose or foam is exposed making them a bacteria bomb. Water pressure in kitchen is very very low. beach towels and swimming pool towels are never available so you need to hold onto your towels. cups and utilities were supplied upon my request, are in beginning of stay they were absent completely. cleaning lady is really really grumpy and talks to herself and complains a lot, but ok her job is not easy either - some people are not taking good care, but she is almost scary grumpy. sun beds are no longer available on top terrace of pool - there only broken mattresses are found. overall quality is very much lower than prior to covid, such a shame as hostel used to be excellent.

Some travelers and his bad behavior, but is not the hostel issue. The hostel is doing its best to keep things under control.

Good location and great that they have a kitchen. Very spacious.

Not a fan of places where you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet and instead have to put it in a bin.

Best location in South Beach, Clean, Amazing pool, perfect common area/living room, good guests, room 1 and lower beds are better.

Upper beds on room 2 are to close to the ceiling and A/C. Does not offer Locker, place to the luggage or support to early guest arrived guests.

This is a great hostel right in the middle of south beach close to everything one block from the ocean employees are nice and professional

Their 21day stay per year policy ... You can only stay 21 days per calendar year... They lose a lot of money by causing there customers to go give there money to there competition after they have stayed 21 days that year

Good position just one street from ocean drive, in the deco discrict Very nice pool on the rooftop, everything new and just renovated

No personal sockets on the beds so you have to leave your phone somewhere far in the room (if you find one available) No induction in the kitchen so you can hardly cook something, just heat something in the microwave or boil some water on the kettle.

Location your really right in the heart of South Beach.

Put extension cords near bed. Pool was closed, and after 10PM you need to start keeping the sound down. Because, it echo's to the rooms downstairs. Easy solution would be to leave a seating area for those outside the glass entrance. Who want to still stay up. Lastly, it would be good if blinds could be provided for the beds.
