Location was excellent, everything was walking distance for us. The best part was the service, the staff was super helpful, and quick to respond to my inquiries via text message.

The AC unit was a bit too loud at night and also cold for me and I got sick after my stay because of the change in temperatures. But that was our group’s own problem.

Good location, nice, clean room. The bathroom was particularly nice and convenient. We only stayed for 4 days but we enjoyed the room.

The shared spaces were unclear, and while it's advertised as an apartment is basically an old hotel turned into small rooms with a microwave and a kettle.

The bed was large and comfortable, There were also a microwave and a toaster in the room. Towels were provided in the room. You could also rent beach towels and beach chairs for free. In the facility there was a laundry room available where you could do your laundry.

TV was not working because someone stole the cable, but after reporting it a guy came and quickly fixed it. The biggest problem was central air conditioning in the hotel which couldn’t be turned off or reduced in the rooms. We had to sleep in sweatshirts and ask for an additional blanket, the air conditioning blew straight into the place where we had the bed, the biggest disadvantage and something should be done about it.

Location is excellent, in the middle of best part of South Beach, near great restaurants, bars, clubs, beach. The bad part is there's no parking available you'll will have to park in one of the public parking garages nearby. 20 bucks for 24hrs not bad. The lock in my room was a little too sensitive when locking it from the outside. There's is a small gap between the latch bolt and the strike plate so you would need to hold the door in the right position or it wouldn't lock and I didn't notice at first but I decided to check that's when I realized.

I was on 1st floor single unit so everyone would meet and hang there or the lobby. No elevator, (3 stories) but a very nice, clean, affordable boutique hotel residence. You can exchange towels, store your luggage but the desk is only manned 10-8 which was not a problem. Location is superb, everything is within 1-5 blocks. I felt Very safe, and will stay here again. Staff is very friendly and helpful. One important benefit is no $30 @ day Resort Fee

I really liked 920 so it's hard to complain.... 1. My room was chilly, but Miami was in the 90s everyday so 🙂 2. Loved my bthrm, shower beautiful but slippery 3. Outside seating would be nice but it may encourage riff- raff so maybe not... 4. No Elevator, but only 3 stories.

Very well located, good access by bus or trolley. The host, Rosario, was really nice and helpful. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay of a few days. Most things are digital, you use a code to enter the room, so no chance of losing a key. There is a self service laundry available for extra cost.

The check-in service is virtual, and we understood there was no front desk at the place. We asked when we booked if there was a place to leave our luggage, and got no answer so since everything was supposed to be virtual, ended up paying to store our luggage somewhere else, when we could have done it at the place.

Great location on Collins Avenue! Only two blocks from the beach. Nine20 was far more affordable than surrounding properties. We had a private double room which was small but very clean and cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the noise wasn't that bad. In fact, we took a "disco nap" between brunch and our evening plans and slept like babies. The lobby was stylish but still comfy, and there's also a dining area for hostel guests.

Be advised there's no elevator. I knew this ahead of time, but I underestimated how exhausting it would be, especially carrying my suitcase upstairs and downstairs. Very few of these cool old buildings have elevators, so if you want an elevator you're going to be spending much more on your hotel.

For starters, the communication with the host was great, we always got a response. The room was small, but for us it was enough. It's location is great, it's close to the beach and it's close to different markets/food places (cheap or expensive ones), it was just one block away from the bus stop (which could take you to Miami downtown, Lincoln Road, middle and north beach, and of course, back to the airport) The room, bathroom, shower was very clean, there were enough towels and cleaning accessories were ok. The bed was comfortable, the tv was good because it was a roku tv and had access to internet to watch youtube videos. And Wifi worked great. We really appreciated the kitchen appliances like the small refrigerator, toaster, microwave and also the items like knife, spoons, forks, plates, glasses and cups.

The only thing I can point out is the fact that you cannot regulate the A/C because it was just 2 small windows where the AC flows. But the temperature was ok most of the time.

Juda and Anna(I think? It was her first day of work my last day there) were really nice and helpful. Location was close to the beach, they provide beach towels for free and we get free beach chairs with one of their partners. The fridge and microwave in the room was convenient!

The rest of the people working at reception acted like they don't see me which was rude. The air-conditioning was very loud. No elevators in the building so u have to carry your suitcases up the stairs!

I love this place first time staying was the best experience ever me and my hubby will be back. We would never book anywhere else in Miami , this place right here thank you for everything and we appreciate you and we'll see you again.

there was absolutely nothing I didn't like about this place I felt like I was home . We felt safe in the room . The room was up to my expectation I was so excited to be there and we will be coming back . It's located near everything food you would just love it so book here . I promise you will feel like you're home.
