The location was fantastic, and it was very enjoyable to be in South Beach on Christmas

Our room was a little small and being next to the elevator Bank meant I heard the elevator going up and down all night.

Not really as described from previous people pictures a bit misleading bed ok and clean room and bathroom not great view we had horrible onto duct from next door don't make your beds towels change daily but thats as good as it gets carpets in hallways disgusting and smell not helpfull reception make sure you get deposit back for room we've told credit card issuers and claimed back that way there are a lot better places within easy reach or on collins avenue to be quite onest would not recommend we've travelled all over with booking. com this is the pits

The location is absolutely unbeatable if you’re looking to be in a great spot on south beach surrounded by shops and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and rooms are decently quiet, but the restaurant out front does operate until midnight so expect a little noise if you’re at the front of the hotel. We were only the second room back in the hall and we very rarely heard restaurant noise other than the blender. The hotel staff is really nice and very accommodating. The location of the beach chairs that are included in your stay is really nice, too. Overall it’s a great stay in south beach.

The price for the room is way too high for what it is. I’m assuming you’re paying for location, but the rooms are bare bones and the cleaning is questionable. There is no comforter, only three sheets on the bed, so we totally froze the first night but figured out the thermostat the second day and were comfortable the rest of our stay. The drinks at the bar are absolutely outrageously priced, we spent $60 on a margarita and a mojito. Parking is horrible, but the valet is really convenient with unlimited in/out access, albeit pricey at $50/day. The closest parking garage is 2 blocks away and $30 PER entry (so if you park at 10am, leave, and come back at 4pm, you’re at $60 already).

Great location right on Ocean Drive. Close to many shops and nightlife. Friendly staff and a shop right next to the hotel to buy anything that you might need. Its a very convenient location just across from the beach!

Location was goof but many loud groups of people outside.

Omg, just loved old Hollywood Vibe of lobby and room. The food was absolutely fantastic….hHIGHLY recommend the food…great access to beach, stores, double decker bus tour…loved the old elevator, don’t ever change it…so darling…front desk Ed arranged taxi for shuttle to pier and it was on time…

You really need to replace hall and stair carpets, very stained…also your sign outside make sure all bulbs work….these things are just basic things that only will only add to value of such a darling place to stay…

Given a bottle of Prosecco and lovely hand written note to mark my 50th which was a lovely touch. Raul and Nicole on reception were so friendly and helpful and a joy to speak too. Amazing location on Ocean Drive with views of the beach/sea. Breakfast included was basic but nice. Lovely to stay in one of the original Art Deco hotels on a must see, cool Miami location. Best start to our holiday.

Lively location which was great as you were straight off the beach and bars it is party central so it’s full on noisy til 6/7am so we were glad we brought ear plugs. Shame the window didn’t open to get some fresh air in the day and to help dry beach ware. Thought the rooms could be a bit more fancy for the price as they weren’t very plush and just quite functional. Warned not to walk about the area on my own and it did feel a bit dodgy at times but there is a huge police presence on this strip which helped ease any fears.

An excellent local in the Art Deco area of South beach. 30 mins from airport. Taxi costs $60 on average. Drivers great. The beautiful Miami beach is just across the road and sunbeds and towels are included as well as a 10% discount in the their restaurant and next door café. Room deco with gorgeous comfy bed Staff helpful with cold aircon supplying blankets. Staff very polite and helpful.

Air con made it cold and as controlled centrally was diff to mange temperature but was March. Basic amenities ( coffee maker smaller towels than used to). Only prob was due to Spring break and music festival, road was closed to taxi had to s drop off and pick up behind hotel. Also meant that taxis weren't driving by to hail. However could be booked by hotel.

Everything about our stay here was EXCELLENT. The lady at check in was super sweet and friendly. Our room was wonderful, it was updated with a very modern feel to it. Bed was comfy, bathroom/shower was clean. The hotel gave us coupons for the restaurant attached which we took full advantage of for lunch and breakfast (food and service was amazing at the restaurant as well). Best hotel experience we've had in a long time. Will definitely be returning. Location was phenomenal too, right by all the shops and restaurants and directly across from the beach!

Accommodations staff and amazing location with a simply very good restaurant especially with the hotel 30% discount.

Nothing .but if you are used to chain hotels like Hilton Marriott etc this isn't that...it is Art Deco boutiquey with a tiny elevator from the 1930s.

I was truly impressed by the amazing location! The staff was very nice, and everything I needed was just a few steps away. Highly recommended

I had a pleasant stay overall, but one issue I encountered was the mini refrigerator. It had some mold in it, which suggested it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I believe it would be best to replace it for future guests.
