The day before we went on holiday for Christmas, I found this hotel in the heart of Ocean Drive at a budget price. It looked like winning at a casino. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff with 24-hour reception, a wonderful hotel restaurant with a high rating, offering hotel guests a good discount on food. Every day we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with endless coffee by the ocean and paid $50 for four people! Incredible, but it's a fact. Our room was on the top 4th floor with a side view of Ocean Drive and the ocean. The room was very clean and well maintained. With comfortable beds, a large refrigerator and all the necessary amenities in the bathroom. The shower worked well and there was always hot water. Overall we enjoyed returning to this room. On the ground floor you can get cold or hot water from the cooler, make coffee, take or change towels for the room and for the beach. There is also a laundry room there. But the most valuable thing about this hotel is its location. We didn't use the car for 4 days! At the same time, they had a very rich program. There is a CVS one minute away that has everything you need for your stay. A two minute walk away is a convenient garage for $20 a day, a 5 minute walk away are incredible and unique bakeries.... There is an excellent bike rental service 7 minutes away, a large tour operator 15 minutes away that offers wonderful multi-hour excursions, also for 15 minutes but in the other direction along Broadwalk you can walk to South Point Park. An amazing place where huge liners sail past you. As you do this, you will pass by a huge children's playground. Ocean Drive itself hosts events and free shows every day. Excellent access to the ocean, volleyball courts and much more. I am sure that such a ratio of price and quality of services and convenient location cannot be found on Ocean Drive. We will definitely come back here.

I would add a coffee table and small chairs to our room. And something for storing things in the bathroom.

The hotel has amazing location, right in the center of Ocean dr, the most active part of South Beach. The expectations were not very high, but the hotel was really nice, especially when you realize that it is 2 stars hotel))) Good value for the money. Ready to help staff, clean and big rooms. No room service in the price, but you can order one.

Seems nothing special. Sometimes there was some smell in the corridor, but not always amd not that bad. Overall - i recommend it for sure.

Location is spot on with all the night clubs, restaurants, beach access right around the hotel. Transportation is very convenient from the hotel location. Their restaurant had good food and the hotel is a great value for money property, especially during a peak time like the Miami Music Week incl. the Ultra Music Festival.

No microwave in the room, very small bathroom, not a lot of towels available. They charge a cleaning fee during reservation but they will charge separately for cleaning per night if you request to get your room cleaned, we didn't request so didn't matter to us.

The location is great. Right in the middle of the night life and next to the beach. The hotel is clean. The receptionist was very welcoming and nice to us.

The hotel is very old and outdated. The rooms are not well equipped. No breakfast.

Room was right opposite to beach

On five day stay only one day cleaning of room... No microwave in the room....

Location was exceptinal. It’s near to Ocean Drive and beach. Also it was only 20 minutes to Downtown with bus. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a fridge and iron inside of the room.

Walls were really thin. I was hearing all over the voice from hall and the other rooms. Also there was lampshade in the room never shut down. It was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Ac was too loundly. Hair dryer were broke and than when i went to front desk she said you need to wait for tomorrow for maintance employee. They didn’t have emergency portable hair dryer. Day after maintance staff bring the portable one to the room. The young front desk employee was pretty sweet. But the other one wasn’t problem solver.

Location, location, location! Right in the heart of South Beach. Easy access to the beach as well. Hotel is right on Ocean Drive so if you want to stay where all the restaurants/bars are this is the place. Hotel staff was excellent. Small breakfast place in the hotel was awesome where you can get fresh bakery/breakfast with freshly made coffee on order. This place also serves lunch and dinner and you can sit under the umbrella right infront of the ocean drive. Small house keeping room on the ground level is a big plus, where you get get toiletries etc plus there is water dispenser to fill your bottles before heading out. Comms from the hotel team was great. Very responsive and always there to help and assist.

Hotel is bit dated. Needs upgrades. Basic room with limited amenities. No side tables with lamps. Just one ceiling light. Room we stayed in was on the ground level. Maybe rooms upstairs are better with amenities...the one maybe with the view of the palm trees. Ours was facing a wall. All the more reasons to enjoy outdoors!

The Location and cost/quality. The staff and no extra fees! Best budget hotel in Ocean Drive!

Comparing to other options, there was nothing to dislike.

What a prime location! It’s very lively on that stretch of South Beach, but two of the three nights I was there, it was nice and quiet on the fourth floor. Staff was very friendly, and I saw them cleaning throughout the day.

I found this hotel to be very charming with its art deco and simplicity, but the price was kinda outrageous, especially given the Miami Beach tourist tax that comes with it. On top of that, you have to park a block away and there’s no deal with the parking garage through the hotel. That being said, the people working there are very serious and passionate about their property and want to do the best they can to make your stay more enjoyable.

Everything was great the reception was very kind the room is simple but it’s exactly the pic so great. and the seating outside on the strip for where could have coffee and a bite was great and you can jump across the street and your at the beach. I also stayed for an extra day and they made that work without a hitch. Great little place Had a great time

Well I really didn’t mind… but sure the microwave and the coffee maker in each room would be great but the fridge in the room is great and the community wave and cofffee worked for me I appreciated that I could get coffee or heat up at any time as if it were in the room so …that was cool.
