The Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the TV had all the streaming services—a very nice surprise. The location is also very good, and walking around the neighborhood at night was okay. The bed was also good.

When I arrived, I had a problem with the room (it was not ready), but they provided another room and solved it immediately.

Good location, not expensive, easy to check in and out with only a passcode for the two doors, tv with netflix.

The towels had brown spots on it. The support just didnt answer me after i asked for a late checkout. No cleaning in between the stay.

The water cooler haf 'stuff' floating in the water. Health hazard? Either way it needs to be cleaned because it's gross.

Climate did not work good. Several room changes necessary. But nice support from service. Did not receive room codes for check in which was really not good. but also here good service via whatsapp finally helped after some time

Superb location! Comfortable rooms, nice big beds. Was freshly painted when we arrived. WiFi and air conditioning worked perfectly during our stay.

For those staying for 3+ days the rooms should automatically be cleaned / fresh towels etc. After 7 days it was getting quite dirty, and fresh towels were definitely needed. We asked for extra toilet paper which was actioned quickly, but this should have been anticipated (and would have been picked up with a mid-week cleaning service). Noisy guests some nights - playing music and slamming doors. No staff on site to complain to.

Highly Recommend- Worth It We stayed in a standard room & then we were upgraded for free to a room with a balcony which made our stay unbelievable. This location has its own gym downstairs, perfect for people who love training. Location Location it's situation right on the corner of 8th & Collins where all the action is, 1 min walk from ocean drive & the beach. Building is completely renovated, they offer free water, stunning pictures of Miami Beach before & after of our beautiful city Super comfortable bed, large T.V with a rooki was able to listen to afro beats Brittany the property manager was completely helpful with anything we needed

From the moment I checked in, he was incredibly welcoming and kind, setting the tone for my entire stay. Jaramaya went above and beyond in helping me book excursions, ensuring that I had all the best options tailored to my preferences. His knowledge and attention to detail made the process effortless. Throughout my stay, he was always available and communicated everything clearly, making sure I had no confusion or concerns. I truly appreciated his professionalism and warmth, and he made my stay memorable!

Very clean. Spacious room. Beach towels available. We'll working elevator, seemed new. Excellent mattress. Quiet room. Very prompt What's App messaging. Check-in was available to me 3 hours early. Very accurate & detailed check-in instructions emailed to me prior to check-in date, so I could find my way easily.

No house phone to call a front desk for info. But the What's App messaging worked well, as well as the phone # provided in the original email.

Had a great stay here, easy check in online. The apartment was perfectly located on South beach very close to shops/bars/beach. It was clean and smelled nice, bed was very comfy. Definitely be staying here again.

No house keeping. But I understand that as this is an apartment and not a hotel. However there was cleaners around for to ask them for towels etc..

I had a great stay at Luxuri Suites! The location is unbeatable, with everything I needed just steps away — restaurants, shops, and the beautiful beach. Although there was no regular housekeeping, the staff was incredibly responsive and quickly provided anything I requested. For the price, this place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in South Beach!
