The staff at the hotel were fantastic. We were warmly greeted by T, a very kind and informative lady who provided us with all the information we needed for check-in. Later, we met Chef Victor, what a wonderful host! He prepared a delicious dinner, along with snacks, sandwiches, and dessert. Everything was amazing. I highly recommend eating here, you'll love the fresh, delicious food. There were also two gentlemen working at the bar, one from Cuba and the other from Argentina. Both were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service.

The downside was that room cleaning wasn’t included unless you specifically requested it, and that came at an extra cost of $60. We stayed for four nights, so it wasn’t very comfortable without regular cleaning. However, they did provide fresh towels upon request, which was appreciated.

I came to South Beach from my home in Orlando, Florida specifically to find a year round apartment. That quest has taken longer than anticipated, so I've extended my stay here at Aloha Fridays an additional week. Which, turned out to be the easiest decision I've had to make all week. Aloha Fridays is truly a beautiful boutique Hotel located in the center of South Beach in the 900 block of Collins Avenue. What I've marveled at most, is the Hotel's use of limestone throughout the property, tying all of the common areas and residential floors into one common look. It's quite impressive. And the staff is simply exceptional. From the folks in food and beverage to house keeping and maintenance, everyone holds themselves to the highest level of professionalism. It's made for a fantastic first week.

There's really nothing I found that I'd suggest changes to. As I said, I've had a great week and require an additional week to continue apartment hunting. There's no reason to leave Aloha Fridays until I'm successful.

Aloha Fridays is a wonderful Boutique Hotel located in the heart of South Beach. It's an extremely handsome property, and I thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks here. The Hotel staff is exceptional. Everyone works extremely well with each other, and I must say, that their pleasantness and genuine warmth in seeing to it that you're enjoying yourself is remarkable. The multiple dining areas provides numerous locations to relax and enjoy a meal. The level of the staff's hospitality will certainly keep me coming back.

Honestly, everything ran so smoothly over the course of my two weeks, that I can't identify anything that needs improvement. As I've already said, this is a very handsome property, well designed and appointed. The staff was wonderful, and I really can't single out anything wrong at Aloha Fridays. It's truly a gem in the heart of South Beach.

I had a lovely stay at Aloha Fridays. We did have an issue with our original room, told the staff via their online chat and they were extremely helpful and accommodating, they got us a new room almost immediately. Hotel smells amazing, beautifully decorated and the beds were really comfy. In the most perfect location, beach is literally 2 minutes away from the hotel and loads of nice food places including the hotels own restaurant. All the staff who worked at the bar/restaurant were so friendly and made our long stay 10/10.

Other than the issue we had in our original room, nothing :)

Clean, spacious, comfortable and great value/location. So close to the beach! Good shopping and good restaurants all around.

I really loved how it was all digital (the codes to the buildings/room) and check-in was very smooth. The codes worked, so there was little stress. I also loved the room. I had the king suite and the room was very spacious, large bed, had a flat screen TV on the wall, nice shower, and 3 great mirrors. It really is the details that made it amazing. There was a built-in USB port to charge in the wall in addition to charging ports. There were many lamps so you could really adjust the lighting. They had body wash, shampoo, AND conditioner in the bathroom which was really nice. I liked that you could easily adjust the AC. There was also coffee and tea set up in the room with a French press and Keurig depending on your preference. It felt like a mix of a hotel and airbnb because you didn't have housekeeping so it felt more private. But at the same time if you needed something there was always staff circulating at the cafe or bar in case you needed anything. I also appreciated that I was able to leave my luggage in a little storage room until my room was ready for check-in that way I could get food without carrying it all with me. There is a pool in the back with a couch, cushions, and loungers as well as complementary towels. I loved that there was a room credit that you could use every day and that I was able to get a free lounge chair at the beach each day because the hotel partners with Esteban's Place. Completely amazing experience and would love to stay here again.

The location is amazing - just steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hotel’s bar and restaurant were also great (the coffee was especially good!). The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is small but makes for a cozy spot to relax. The shower was also really nice.

The room felt a bit small and not very cozy. The bed was also small and positioned uncomfortably close to the bathroom - so close that the bathroom door actually touched the bed, making the space feel cramped and awkward (not great Feng Shui). Housekeeping isn’t provided daily unless you request it, which we didn’t since we stayed for just three days. The bathroom sink was also a bit inconvenient to use.

The location is the best! Just perfect. The property itself is very cute and stylish, has a fun personality. There are two awesome bakeries right across the street. 3 minutes walk to the beach - so convenient. The bed was super comfy, so nice. We would definitely be happy to stay here again!

The rooms are not soundproof, you can hear a lot. We were on the bottom floor facing the pool so felt a bit awkward to have our blinds open, but wouldn’t be an issue in other rooms. Restaurant was closed when we visited.

Lovely rooms - they were comfortable and excellently furnished! Location is great for accessing Miami beach area.

We booked 2 rooms and unfortunately the code didn't work for one of the rooms on our arrival. Thankfully there was a member of staff who just happened to be around who managed to fix this for us. Be aware though - this is essentially an unstaffed hotel and the bar staff just direct you to an online portal if you have any questions. We were also told that there were facilities to leave your luggage here after check out, but then were told the next day that this was not the case. There are plenty of left luggage options nearby but incurs a small fee.

Wonderful location. Very nice rooms, and a super communicative staff via text messaging who got everything i needed done. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. Completely updated rooms that were clean, and thats whats really important to my family.

I requested a late checkout but was denied. As someone who has worked for hotels I know that housekeeping can always be shuffled for cleaning when someone is checking into same room later that day. It was just a minor inconvenience because my children wanted to go roller skating in the morning but we needed to be able to shower afterward and without a late checkout there wasnt time. Kind of a bummer.
