Absolutely excellent. Anything people have complained about in previous posts, e.g. could not operate A/C, no brush and shovel, did not apply - they must have listened to all complaints. Had everything I needed and was in an EXCELLENT location in South Beach such that I walked a few minutes almost everywhere. Like if I was Ubering from downtown to a nightclub in South Beach I could just Uber to my place, freshen up then walk to the nightclub. I loved just going in with the code and not dealing with reception. Rooms were just like the pictures, but a slightly different configuration - instead of an armchair and small table, the room was a little smaller but there was a big cupboard/wardrobe instead of just a hanging rack. It had all the advertised furniture and appliances in the picture except for that chair and small table. But this place had thought of everything: fan, lots of different lights, great A/C/heating, great hot shower, toiletries, lots of room to put stuff on sink, comfortable bed, four pillows, could not fault it at all. Oh and all the people complaining that they didn't get the room cleaned every day - are they nuts? It's written right there, it's not a hotel. I don't like to be bothered when I'm jetlagged anyway. It was a giant roll of toilet paper, plenty of room in the bins, and I'm not that disgusting that I need my bed made every day. And there are bins right outside you can empty your bins into if you want to and they provide bin bags and a broom, and paper towel.

I was woken up at 7am on my last morning because they mistakenly thought the room was empty... It might have been a little less roomy with two people instead of one, e.g. I took up most of the table and chairs with my bags and spreading out my stuff so there was nowhere to actually sit down and eat/drink. But I didn't do that much in my room. And I could have put my luggage on the floor if I'd wanted to.

You cannot get better value for the price paid especially when it comes to the location. Many reviews mentioned the the bar downstairs was loud but a new restaurant has opened as of 1st April and is not loud. The rooms were great and clean and the bed was super comfy. The TV had a great selection of apps and content too. Loved it overall. Best location ever.

The only reason I marked an 8 instead of 10 was the smell from the water in the shower. I did not want to change rooms though and so i didn’t mention it to the management or they have possibly changed my room.

It was really close to the beach, also they stored out luggages after checking out. The room was fine, we had microwave, fridge and some plates, forks etc. The ac is really good and the walls are really creative outside of the room. I would recommend it for sure! No deposit needed and all the taxes included. They have elevator as well!

There’s no lobby area, and the check in is interesting although it wasn’t a problem, because it was easy to check in and get access to the room. The walls are really thin, you can hear everything from outside or other rooms. Maybe a sponge, to wash the dishes.

I was a little skeptical first because there were reviews that said staff did not provide towels and stuff but our experience was great!!! First of all, amazing location for a price like that. It doesn’t get super loud at night. Only thing is that the ac is super loud but who cares lol. We booked the family room for 5 people. There were only 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels. But we asked and the staff was super friendly they brought extra ones immediately. I believe for a short trip with family and friends, it provides a great and clean place for such a good price. Recommend it to everyone!!

The art fits the art deco center,very trendy n hip on walls. My patio looked over 11th and Collins,with a cute intime patio table/chair. The king suite layout was nice spacious and comfortable. Great room for the price. The entrance is kinda hidden and I love that with security doors. Jeremy customer service was a breath of fresh air. He helped with my luggage,worked with me about early check in. The ac was working so I’ve considered it was 95 degrees.

Taking your own trash n doing your own dishes. The elevator was pretty old n delayed. Steps can b a bit much depending on what floor.

The location is great! We stayed one night at the first floor and another time on the second floor. Both times had no issues getting in with a stroller. There was an elevator that took us to the second floor. They let us in the room earlier and we are very thankful for that.

The place wasn't fancy, but cozy. They don't have common area that you can sit and work, but they told me I could use another property of their management down the street. So it worked for me.

Location is great, so close to every tourist attraction, not so noisy as I was expecting.

The room was a bit too small for a 7 days stay, but it was exactly as in the prictures.

Comfortable bed, efficient check in/out, fans, air conditioning, relatively clean, basic equipment with cutlery, plates, paper towels, strong wifi, microwave and fridge in room, balcony, very close to the beach and easy access to and from the airport.

no kitchen (sink) but this information was at the time of booking, brsk welcome bottles of water especially in the heat, gel was leaking from the dispensers in the bathroom and it was very slippery in the bathtub (be careful) and unfortunately it's a room on a noisy street, bring earplugs because you won't sleep through the night.

Location is great. Wifi is fast it is a plus. This time room was spacious and comfortable.

The check in was complicated. the key code didn't work, I had to wait to be given a different code. The host was quickly responsive via text. The apartment wasn't cleaned well, there was still dust and lint on the floor, some objects under the couch from the previous guest. Also there were tinny cockroaches in the kitchen, thank god not the Florida famous giant ones!
