We paid less than $200 for this prime location. Balcony of Ocean drive. Beach view. Everything in walking distance. Great night life in the area. If you need someone to hold your hand through check in, this is not for you. Easy to access with door codes sent via email. (building and room) No receptionist. Room was well worth the money. But if you want elegant or boogie, this is not for you! Very basic but clean. Includes fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Stayed here prior to cruise. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Bed is very hard… I slept on the couch. Didn’t ding extra blankets. Flooring peeling up in one place, bathroom could use some updating, re-caulking.

Very close to the beach, right on Ocean drive, but very possible to get a good night sleep, many restaurants, and stores nearby. We can enjoy South Beach without having a car. We can access building and room without keys, so we can go the beach with no valuables at all.

Better pollows would be nice, and towel hanger in the bathroom.

The room was nice the view was amazing!

Lots of minor damage holes on the walls (2 holes),paint piling also no cleaning stuff! we stayed 5 nights & I had nothing to sweep the floors with or mop coming in & out you track dirt all over the floors.also the windows were super dirty! One of the patio chairs are broke & one dining room chair is also broke! The lamp was falling apart too. These minor things are a easy fix & would definitely change your star rating to a 5. Overall it was comfort & a great location. One more thing we didn't know in order to lock the door you had to push any key on the key pad to lock the door so unknowingly our door was unlocked well we were out & about. you might want to mention this to future guests.

location, location, location! And the balcony on the front unit we had was amazing! Bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was really small, and while the rest of the unit was nicely redone, the choice to repaint the bathtub was a poor one because the paint was peeling off. There was no dish soap in the kitchen for washing dishes. there was no coffee pot either! The track for the patio doors needs a good vacuum, too. It was very grungy. There is a smell in the hallway just off the elevator that punches you in the face. I think the carpet needs replacing.

Excellent location only 50 yards from Ocean Drive. Car parking only a block away with reasonable prices for South Beach. Good size apartment with comfortable bedrooms and a lounge/dining/kitchen area.

Entry codes did not arrive until we were in Miami and due to data issues (UK phone) I could not open the message with details. Had to walk to a partner Hotel a couple of blocks away to get entry codes, thankfully one of the cleaning staff showed me the way. No views from the room. Bathroom needs some TLC, bath enamel badly chipped. Good size kitchen but lack of cooking utensils or cookware. No jug for the coffee maker.

The location was excellent and the cleaning staff were great. It was great value for money. The apartment unit was modern and clean.

The room did not have a balcony, and I assumed it would have done given the photos shown. Also the windows didn't open so it felt a bit claustrophobic. But thankfully the AC worked well and there was good ventilation.

Super noisy AC, no reception so in case you are before 3pm, you will have to wait with your suitcases outside in 30C degrees heat.

The area it is in, is central to everything. the price is right and nice to have a kitchen in case you want to cook your own food/stash cold drinks.

The location was PERFECT. Many other reviews complained about noise but... its spring break in Miami, its going to be fairly loud!! Especially when you are within five minute walking distance to the beach and to all the bars and clubs!

The only big complaint I have is that we didn't have a broom, so the room got VERY sandy with no way to sweep in away, so sand got in our bed and we just couldn't escape the sand EVERYWHERE! A few other minor complaints are that we only had bar soap instead of pump soap to wash our hands, which isn't a big deal, whatever works. We also didn't have anywhere to hang the hand towel and not much room on the sink to set something there. Lastly, there was no room in the shower to set our shampoo and things on, and no where to hang our body towels so we had to drape them over the tub, which felt a little unsanitary and got sand on our towels as well. All in all, the location was worth going without a few minor things!!
