We had a great time in the Astor hotel. Okay, they are still working very hard to repair everything ( the elevator, the airco and the coffeemachine) but they are very friendly and willing to help with the luggage. Our room was spacious and clean, had twin beds and looked exactly as the pictures. If the price is right ( and there are great offers sometimes for as low as 95$) , book this hotel and you won’t regret it. The parkinglot next door is only 2$ per hour and the municipal garage in the 13th street charges 20$ for 24 hours.

The location was awesome and the staff was very kind & nice. Hotel is much better than a lot of rewiews reflect. 24/7 service desk available to answer all your questions. I recommend this place to anyone who like's to stay in a hotel that's in this awesome location, close to anywhere. Especially close to the beach and that all for a fair price! Good thing is that the hotel not directly placed at the beach so it's nice and quiet during the night.

It was a convenient location, and the staff was very accommodating. I love how close we were to South Beach. The bed was a great size and very comfortable.

The lighting in the bathroom was really dark, and the shower was okay. It was quite small and the water pressure was kind of weird. I also wish they had a few more accommodations like a fridge, cups, and microwave. The fridge held a couple beers but not even one box of left overs or a bottle of wine. We were given solo cups for drinking which felt pretty wasteful as well.

Alex at the front desk was exceptional. He was attentive to my needs when there was problem and went out of his way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Glad he was working the grave shift.

The staff was great. Hotel was a little old and dated but that is expected for South Beach. The staff made up for the shortcomings as far as amenities were concerned.

The location is fantastic! All the staff where super friendly and always very helpful!

The first room we got had no AC and no wifi and was only partially renovated, we asked to be moved and our new room had a working AC and wifi, but even though it was newly renovated, there where a couple construction flaws that need to be fixed!

Great location to restaurants and beach. Room was spacious and clean. A little dated, but a great price for the area. Parking is about 4 blocks away. Staff was exceptionally nice and helped with luggage. Room was quite.

Parking, no grassy area for pet.

All th team of receptionnists Is welcoming, helpful and very kind. The room is comfortable, clean and with a lot a Space. Equipments are good, and towel kit is complete, that's appreciable.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were spacious, Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained. Location was excellent, in the heart of South Beach only a couple blocks from the beach.

No parking was considerably inconvenient. No ice machines or coffee was also inconvenient.

I like the Location 🙂.

The front desk staff do not welcome clients as friendly or helping manners. They don't say Good morning can I help you or welcome Astor. They were so shy ?
