arrived early morning and was able to store my bags before check in. the room set up was modern, and was perfectly designed for a short stay. the location of the property was beyond ideal, right in the heart of south beach in walking distance to tons of cool restaurants and landmarks.

property has no signage - the front door situation was a bit complicated and there is not a single person in the lobby area to assist with check in or accessing the property. the rooms don’t have any mirrors besides a small bathroom mirror. i had issues with the air conditioner a few times (they said someone else was turning their heat on) but they fixed it thankfully in a timely manner.

Nice location, no need for check in (the host texts you the main door and room code). Unlike other reviews that seem to mention having to pay with cash, the payment has been processed by booking.com, which is fine by me.

The worst is the connecting door!!! I could literally hear everything my neighbor said, their TV, every sneeze burp and snore, and i am sure they could hear mine. Heck, i could SMELL what's going on in the other unit, e.g - a morning coffee smell, through that door. Second worst, that nobody seems to mention in their review - window blinds, that don't block much light, important if you want to sleep in the morning. Finally, minor but annoying, there is a great TV set in the room, but it's really hard to plug your own devices into its HDMI because of the way it is mounted (be very careful if you try, drop it off it's mount, and a new TV is likely on you).

Location was excellent. Very clean facilities with staff available for assistance. I’d recommend bringing a broom if extended stay as there was not one if room and with trips to beach, sand find it’s way everywhere. Free wifi.

Parking expenses for a week was over $300 to park at self park that was a 2 min walk from Renzzi. Be prepared for this extra expense as most places offer parking of some sort, this place does not.

The location is perfect! I stayed in the 1st floor unit and had everything I needed. Super close to all of the S.Beach offerings either by walking or riding a bike. Just far enough to have a break from the night life. Plus access to the beach was a couple of streets away. Would stay here again in a sec.!

Nothing comes to mind, other than maybe a small ice maker in the unit ;)

Location is great, also the flat was very nice and stylish I would say. Staff is very polite and flexible!

I think the only bit missing is daily cleaning, like sweeping, taking out the garbage etc. It’s not massive, but would be a nice touch.

Nice apartment centrally located.

The photos of the apartment do not correspond to the reality.The apartment had only one window and no sofa although in booking it appeared bigger than it actually was.

The location and facilities were good. A very clean and organized hotel. Free transfer from the airport helped me easily get to the hotel. You may find a lot of dishes and the fridge was really big. There are plenty of food stores, such as Target and Publix, with good food, which are very close to the hotel.

On the downside, I could hear all my neighbors during the night. Luckily, they weren't loud, but if they had been a boisterous group of friends, it would have been a disaster. More concerning, one night my room was unexpectedly opened by an unknown individual in the middle of the night. He appeared to be under the influence of drugs and was looking for his friend. This incident served as a stark reminder to use the extra lock at night, as your door code might become known to someone else.

Very good location (6/8 minutes walking to Ocean Drive and to the beach). The room has a good space and it smelled fresh when we arrived, which was a good thing. AC was working fine and the towels were changed in the middle of the stay (I’m sure if I asked for more, they would provide it).

Just things that could be improved: The room could have a blackout curtain or something. I’m a little sensitive to light so I waked up as soon as the sun shined. The cooking facilities were a little overused so it was hard to cook without getting sticked to the pans and that caused some smoke after grilling for some time. You also should upload pictures for each room because the room I stayed was not in any of the pictures, but still fine, not really an issue.

The location is fantastic, it’s quiet enough but also five minutes from Lummus park & consequently the water. If you don’t want to stay directly in the path of the foot traffic and car stalling along the boardwalk, this is ideal. Also, Whole Foods is maybe 10 minutes away by foot. The staff were incredibly helpful, and accommodating. Unfortunately the oven was not working, but they even offered to bring in a portable electric one. We managed fine without, despite the staff adapting very quickly to the situation. Good initiative — almost instantly after I texted the point of contact.

The only other thing - this is a personal opinion, but no matter how warm or cool a place can get, I like a blanket/duvet. They had one, albeit quite thin, so I was craving a bit of weight. But this is customary in southerly stays, I understand. Just a personal quirk and comment! Would stay again.

Booked this studio a few months ago. After booking, some more negative reviews started to show up, which made me unsure of my choice. In the end, it was very good. The communication from the host was excellent from day of booking until we checked out. We had couple special requests, which all was delivered. The house is in very good condition, very pretty inside and outside. When we arrived, studio floors, kitchen and bedding was clean. In the bathroom clean level was bit lower. However I do understand that this place has lots of short stays, therefore housekeepers are pretty busy. We did exactly what we did couple of times in other rentals in Europe, bought a bottle of disinfectant and I finished the bathroom to meet our level of clean. On the positive note, I loved having shower next to open window with the view on the palm tree leaves. People say about thin walls. However, I noticed the noise is coming from the corridor, through the door. Even more when there are loud guests making noise, laughing or even running. The biggest noise we had on Saturday when three young people was in the end of our corridor and kept going by our door. I politely asked them to keep the noise down and I can say they tried, but stiil, that was the only night when we used our speaker to play WHITE NOISE. Other than that I must admit I really enjoyed our stay. Pennsylvania Ave is a great street, out of the party life but still very near by. Renzzi on the Beach between 9th and 10th street, in my opinion The BEST spot in the South Beach. Go and enjoy.
