The outside back yard set up was really nice and relaxing atmosphere. I love that they hereby 3 full bathrooms to your accessibility

The only and numbe one thing was that the refrigerator was completely pack and no space to place anything inside it also needed to be clean out ASAP!!

I loved everything about the property. Roberto and Lily are so nice and make you feel so welcome. Everything is so clean and well organized. The property is close to everything.I definitely will be staying again.

A retreat from the self centric way of being, the soul centers round here. Don Carlos, the Great Host of the Hostel, encouraged guests to work together. Hostel Style Travel's the most experiential, for learning to coexist, Build of Character sort, Over the old Independent Structure of Hotel Style. The Hostel's Clean & The Bedding's Fresh. Solo travelers enjoy the quiet hours, the common grounds & the smell of the coffee brewing. Great advice also freely served by the Don.

The Quiet Hour Policy was difficult for night owls. All eats by 10:00 PM however they allow quiet Cheese sandwiches & quietly receiving the Doordash/Uber eats for late snacking.

The owner is an awesome dude. I had an issue with my bank concerning fraudulent activity. I told him my situation & that I would stay at the homeless shelter for the night. He told me I could stay for the night and just pay the following day. You don’t find genuine people like him. Book. Book. Book. The place is clean and maintained. Easy access to public transportation.

The Common Grounds Were Kept Well. The backyard's Great, Enough comfortable seating for guests that might like the bright outdoors, for eating reading & retreating. The Kitchen's Right Up there for whimsy, located at the Front of the House, Interestingly, thoughtful place, like a bistro where guests meet, from all parts of the house, the kitchen's the hearth.

I'm used to Hotel rooms that offer the most self centric stays, The sharing of the hallway bathroom was the most unusual social encounter, yet guests from round the world weren't thrown by the common bathroom& each guest is mindful not to overoccupy the salle (the guest bathroom) for the other guests to use (on their own), so why should this be the end of the stay, the never ever moment. After a few days, the custom of sharing becomes the usual bed&breakfast quick to ready yourself style of stay. The hostel staff kept our shower & bathroom so clean!

I really liked my stay in Art Grafitti. The staff is warm and welcoming, responsive to my needs. Justo is property manager and was accommodating, helpful and respectful. I was in all women and always felt safe and respected. Bed is comfortable and room is quiet. The kitchen and three bathroom is always clean. It has a nice outside sitting area where you can watch movies and play music videos, two hammocks and jacuzzi. I loved how they’re parking in premises. 10 pm is quiet time, which is good for the early birds. Overall my stay was great, I would stay again if needed.

Location.

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Jack (the host) and his staff. The main entrance is also the kitchen (a small common area with a TV) and at first glance, may seem small. However, it was noticeably clean and organized. Jack first gave me a tour starting with my room and bed. Then he continued by showing the bathrooms. To begin with, the rooms are an open door policy, meaning doors are closed but not locked with a security code (with the exception of 2 private double rooms.) This is by design because there are 3 bathrooms that you can use. There is a main bathroom, then there are four rooms; 2 with 4 beds, and 2 with 6 beds (which is where the other 2 bathrooms are located). You don't need to knock on the room doors, they are open, but being respectfully quiet is observed. This may seem to have questionable security concerns, but everyone is mindful and considerate. All rooms have a small locker for personal items and there's plenty of room (1 foot height) under the beds for luggage. Besides, there is a front door security code at the main entrance and changed frequently. On top of that, there are CCTV security cameras in the halls and all around the front and outside common areas which Jack obsessively monitors. Next on the tour, we go back to the kitchen. The refrigerator may look small at first glance, but the staff cleans it daily and there is always room to store your food. All food is labeled and sealed (storage containers). Then I was assigned a spot in the cabinets for dry goods. Everyone cleans their dishes without exception. Which brings me to the cleanliness. The floors are original large hard tile and therefore, very easy to see a clean reflection. The staff starts at 9am, cleaning floors, disinfecting bathrooms, and changing sheets everyday until well after 10 pm (also when the kitchen closes.) Finally, last stop on the tour is the exceptional back yard.
