Loved the aesthetic, the pool, and lobby area and the balcony view. The only issue I had was the cleaning Crew does not thoroughly clean the rooms. Upon checking in I found the bathroom very dirty and it was very late so I opted to wait till the morning to address the issue ( because I also had a little travel cleaning supplies). The following morning, I asked for my room to be cleaned after “the cleaning” it still looked the same way. The same hair from the previous occupants was all over The room, and the shower, And I found stains on the toilet. The other issue I had was they were not honest with me upon checking in about the price for valet parking. The valet attendant told me that it was one flat fee, and I did not find out until after check out that that fee was charged per night.

We really liked the hotel. The room was very spacious, had two bathrooms, two tv, and was very comfortable. It even had a good balcony too. It was also super spacious for our family. It's a shame our stay was so short, but we felt at home from the moment we arrived, with the receptionist Yoli being very kind until the end giving to my daughter a hotel teddy. Really recommend

The hotel does not have parking and we need to pay a little expensive per day to leave the car there unless you want to leave the car on the street and in any case you will have to pay and there will be no security at all.

Everything except the breakfast.

For this to be considered a luxury boutique hotel. The included breakfast was LESS than par. No non-dairy options for coffee, no herbal teas, and no black pepper for the very skimpy omelet station (for my entire 4 night stay). Breakfast needs to be upgraded to meet the standards of being a "luxury boutique" property.

we had a really great time at the hotel. rooms were spacious and clean. with all the amenities ies you would expect. we had 2 bathrooms lovely balcony with 2 sun loungers. the pool is compact but nice. the hot tub was too hot. breakfast was ok, i could have done with a little more choice. they could do with some more seating in the breakfast area. Bryan at the front desk was very helpful. there is no bar or restaurant facilities but these are available within a short walk. if you hire a car you will have to pay for parking. very little is available locally for free. Only down side was taxi booked by hotel to leave for airport. The fee was extortionate! Travelling from the airport to the hotel was 65 dollars good service yellow cab, this hotel booked taxi was 122dollars! Yes big plush vehicle but still did the same journey, really dissatisfied. In hindsight I should have booked the cab direct but trusted the hotel to do this. Note to hotel... Check indicative cost and advise guests BEFORE booking..... Real shame as hotel and service great and highly recommended otherwise.

not enough seating for breakfast

That there were four bathrooms in our suite which made it very helpful we had four people to get ready for four days of events. The view and how close it was to the beach at half the price.

The sofa was disgusting with stains and the showers needed to be fixed up a bit they looked dirty from wear and tear.Unfortunately we left an electronic device behind that housekeeping should have turned in and didn’t. I have a tracker on it and could see it but It took three days of calling and getting different answers to when I would be able to speak to the supervisor. I was told “he is the only one to help me.”after three days I got a response that they spoke to housekeeping and no one saw it. but I was welcome to call the authorities and if they needed documentation. I live over over 2,000 miles away and they know it. The time effort and energy for a response was exhausting. It seems only one person can help you in the whole hotel. Very frustrating!!!

This was a wonderful experience of a calm stay in vibrant Miami with kids. The hotel was very bright spacious beautiful with so many details that created an atmosphere of a true resort with the bay view. The staff was wonderful, the valet, the front desk, housekeeping.

Unfortunately towards the end of our stay, which was a two week stay, the kitchen started to disappoint.

Spacious , clean, pretty, nice staff, breakfast very good, especially enjoyed the omelette station. Very good value. Location perfect for our needs. View of water and small balcony nice.pool area and outside seating convenient.

The room was generally cleaned around 5 every day. Way too late. Not pleasant to deal with room in such condition all day and made it difficult to shower and get ready to go out . They need more cleaning staff. They did a nice job once there. Also recommend a few bigger tables for seating near buffet in lobby as many larger groups/ gatherings. Most seating just for 2.

The location and the comfort, the view, the decoration. The valet parking.

You have to pay a resort fee even you dont use anything or your stay is too short. Because I arrived late for the check in I ask for a late check out but I would have to pay like another complete day.

Brian had attitude always looking for ways to charge mkre money Didn’t pay attention to calls for room service etc Also they claimed the ground floor was assigned to someone but it was empty they transferred me on a Friday to a smaller room one flight up

We stayed in a two bedroom suite that was very spacious and great for our group of 5. There were 4 bathrooms in total. The beds were comfortable. The pool was small but nice and refreshing. The staff was very nice. Omelette/egg station was a nice touch but sometimes 3 out of 4 mornings we were there, there was only one cook instead of two and seemed like a lot for them to manage. 13-min walk to the beach which was a very quiet and clean beach.

Didn't have microwaves in the rooms but there were some in the lobby near breakfast area. Could have had more fruit variety for breakfast like berries, grapes, different types of cheeses and meats. There should be more tables set up for breakfast time inside and outside as people were acting like vultures trying to swipe tables and chairs. The gym is very nice but there needs to be fans inside because it gets very hot due to the large windows facing the bay. Jacuzzi didn't work which was fine but there should be a sign that says that somewhere.
