Beautiful ocean front location! Great outdoor space with a big pool and nice landscaping. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The room was renovated and had a spectacular view. Beach towels, 2 beach chairs and umbrella are included and there are plenty of oceanfront chairs. Drink and food service at the beach was great. Overall it was a very nice experience and I would return.

I wasn't able to check in until after 5pm due to a large group that was there the night before so it took longer to get the rooms ready. The front desk was nice about it and did their best to help. My Keurig coffee machine didn't seem to work.

Room - perfect view on the Miami beach and the ocean. Neighbors from another side of the wall could be noisy, but it's okay. Location - perfect, mid beach, you can go anywhere from there. Logistic is also perfect if you travel by car. Beach - perfect. Breakfast - one of the best I've had due to service and welcoming - "Breakfast fist - Sun later". Food is also nice. Offering coffee to go if visiting the restaurant and also coffer to go as "complementing" free of charge in the lobby next to the restaurant. Parking - I was skeptical due to valet parking, but experience there was fine, despite the fact one of the guys was driving my Tesla unbuckled, so I was penalized by Tesla Insurance.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel was beautiful and clean if you don't count that several times there was hair on the towels, the beach is good.

If you took a room for 4 people and with breakfast, then in some magical way breakfast is delivered only to 2 adults, and the children are left without breakfast and you have to pay for each of them for 19.9$ + taxes in general comes 25 about a day 50 for two, the same applies to sunbeds on the beach from only give 2 and one umbrella, and an additional 10 dollars, in general, they try to rip off you what they can.

The reception staff present during the morning hours and around checkout time were excellent. I couldnt get their names. Excellent location - next to the beach. Very good view from hotel room. Easy access to public transport.

The reception staff present during the evening/late evening hours did not seem interested in answering any questions that I had. Not sure if it was because they were short-staffed and exhausted or if that was just their normal attitude. They do not allow you to self-park even though their parking garage is right across the road. You must use their valet service if you drive in your own car.

The staff kept saying Allow me to do my best to honor your request!! Incredible statement!!

Garage is accessible to the public and hotel guest. A they return or rental car with dens and damage. The the hotel garage team stated some public driver getting out of their parking space hit our rental . They it’s abut 5000 dollars of damages, it was not Their liability , due to it happen the parking garage, but they were very nice and concerning about what happened and fill out the proper paperwork for the car rental insurance that we purchased!!

Despite some bad reviews the staff were friendly abs helpful especially Maria at reception. loved being right on the beach and use of free umbrella and chairs . Very quiet room and hot water. Very good location near buses and free trolleys and rent bikes .

Nothing except the price but that’s Miami for you and it was more reasonable than a-lot of others . location seemed to lack selection of restaurants

I love the hotel lobby and the atmosphere. From the moment you enter the hotel, the big, beautiful lobby with the huge bar and lobby area, where you can sit and eat and drink, is awesome. The rooms were large and clean. I felt comfortable in the bed. The hotel staff at checkin were exceptional. It only took 5 minutes to check in; very smooth and very pleasant staff. Bar staff very pleasant and accommodating. The pool arra is large, clean, lots of pool chairs, really enjoyable.

The faucet in the tub/shower needs updating, badly. The handle knobs are broken off; I had to struggle and use a towel to turn the water on. The water temperature shifts from cold to hot and it could burn someone. So please spend 50.00 per room and replace the faucets and shower knobs. Easy fix and could give guests an even greater experience.

Location was awesome

Very disappointed with only 2 Beach chairs per room when each room has 4 guests and we paid for 2 rooms then wanted more money for 4 additional beach chairs when more than half were empty. Forced half my family to split up and sit at the pool which we could have paid less off the beach to sit at a pool. Terrible idea for a beach side hotel to charge guests for beach chairs. Won't stay again if this rule still applies...

We loved the stay - everything was fantastic! The staff was awesome, very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The location was ideal with the bus stop around the corner - we took our Big BUS from that stop. Plus they have free loop buses for the South Beach area. There is a tour operator kiosk in the hotel lobby, which was a great help for deciding on tours and booking tours. The buffet breakfast was very good too - a good selection of hot food, fresh fruits and a good range of breads and pastries. The best was the private access to the beach - they provide free chairs with umbrella for the beach too.. The bed was very comfortable too. Highly recommended

Only thing we did not like is the strong painting smell in the corridor and some cleaning detergent smell inside the room. As repair work is ongoing in the hotel, having the sight of tradespeople all around the hotel is a bit disappointing, though it did not interfere with our stay. I actually took a point out for this reason - otherwise, I would have given 10/10.

Holiday Inn Miami Beach - Mid Beach Oceanfront was a lovely place and we had a fabulous stay here. The staff is friendly, the room are clean and classic and it's located close to the beach. We liked also that it was a bit quieter in this area as Miami can get quite noisy. There plenty of restaurants and shops in this area too but is a bit more relaxing in this area. We recommend this hotel to fellow travelers to Miami Beach.
