The breakfast itself was really good staff was as Nice can be only gripe I had the coffee was horrible. The staff can't do anything about that. Food was very good especially the egg white omelettes

Pretty much everything was satisfactory or more the biggest thing that was to my liking is the room did not smell like most hotels do we'll stay there again when needed to

I love the Cleanliness of the Hotel and the staff are very friendly. They make you feel welcomed. My family and I always have a great time when we are here.

I did not like that you all changed the Breakfast; when I first stayed at your location, you served waffles and Bacon. I do not like the pancake maker machine. Other than that, I will continue to stay here when I travel to L.O. Also, can we get a heated pool?

The A/C in my room 119 was not working properly They did try to fix it, but to no avail it did not work properly throughout my stay.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Tasteful furniture and well designed. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again

There wasn't much to not like. The pool was kind of small, but we didn't have to time to use it anyway.

This is the best Hotel in Okeechobee in my opinion. The rooms are updated and so classy and the shower was amazing! The bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds! The breakfast has many options and was very good. Staff was all friendly and helpful.

The only thing that bothered me( and it was just my OCD) was that the TV isn't square with the bed lol.

Not much to do in the area

The breakfast was very good, more than what I expected. They had a very good choice of food.

I didn’t like the fact that I had requested a room on the bottom floor close to the check in office and booking.com never relayed that message to the hotel so needless to say they put me in a room that was the farthest it could be from the office and on the third floor. I have a bad back and bad knees and walking is not one of my best things to do it is difficult. The lady at the check-in desk showed me on her computer that there was no request for the room that I had requested and I showed her on my email that I had requested it and she said that booking.com never let them know. If you are not going to let the hotel know of special requests please do not put it on the website.

the Hotel was fine. the booking.com rates saved me some money. however, i planned to leave a day early and notified booking.com about it 2 days before. booking said it would contact the hotel. then silence. 2 days later i asked the hotel if they received the message from booking, they said yes and changed my departure date. i never heard back from booking.com. should i have received a refund? that's the thing using a booking service - you always feel stuck in the middle between the service and the hotel. i will probably book direct with the hotel next time.

The room was freezing and I was unable to impact temp with controls on unit. Got back too late to want to deal with a repairman.
