The size of the room was cool but would have been better if the jacuzzi was there like it was in the picture when I purchased the room on booking.com someone needs to update that I was highly upset. I don’t want to go back because the Jacuzzi is not there I don’t think the price I paid was worth Liki tiki without the jacuzzi tub in the room. If I would have known that sooner I would’ve never booked. Then the jacuzzi that was available in the common area was filled with kids just think for the price I paid I could’ve went somewhere else more exciting the lagoon didn’t even have that many slides. I did like that my 4 year old could enjoy herself in the kiddos area.

That the jacuzzi was not in the room. Like why did yal take them out and lied on booking.com like they were still available. No more family trips there. I feel like the money I paid was not worth the room or the small ass lagoon

I was very impressed with the waterpark pool and the overall cleanliness! I have been to other parks and water was cloudy, murky, blaahhh. Not here! Several times I mentioned how clean the water was and the strong flow for the slides. This is why we came. Was PERFECT for littles!! They have very attentive lifeguards all around the pool as well as life vests for little if needed. The currents in the pool are pretty strong, but plenty of place writhing the pool to escape too;) Really a great experience. We will be back. My kids had fun!!

Was a little disappointed that our room was not updated as my booking showed, but functional and roomy. I also requested a room closer to water park as my mom had limited mobility, but was further than anticipated.

Love the location and all the activities available at the resort!! We made slime, made gourmet popcorn, tie-dyed tshirts by the pool, played trivia and BINGO! We had a blast!! The staff is amazing! Wendy was fantastic at the barcade and over at shipwrecked Sally! She remembered my name and order- made us feel at home. At arrival I was greeted with an ice cold water and a scented facial wipe (soo good)! The event team is unmatched, they are very patient with the kids and do an excellent job. And the lifeguards at the water park were great- we had a couple incidents and they were quick to help and followed up to ensure we were good.

It was raining quite a bit (heavy and hard rain)- the issue I found is the keycard lane at the entry gate is not covered. I was soaking wet trying to get the gate to open to allow us back onto the property. The card has to be held there for a period of time before it finally opens and without that cover- it was less than ideal.

LOVE THIS PROPERTY. 3rd stay at this property wonderful located near to Disney but not in the Orlando madness. The water Park in pool and kid activities make for a great stay. You don't need to leave the property plenty to do on site. Check the activities schedule from check in. The apartment is nicely appointed everything except food and drink. The Tiki Bar has good food right next to the pool with water slides and not overly expensive. There is a convenience store in the check in club house not too $$. Arcade, ping pong, mini golf, outdoor movie night by pool. 3rd pool by building 600 nice quiet jacuzzi small kiddie splash pad gym. Grills. a great vacation. Thank you.

Love having a townhouse to ourselves where we can stock the fridge and freezer with groceries instead of going out to eat all the time. Also loved that the staff was understanding and allowed us to get two extra wristbands for a single day because we had to watch two nephews due to family emergency. So the nephews got to swim and play with our kids. Love having laundry services of our own as having little kids often requires it.

1 or 2 of the Central pool gates wouldn't open with card from outside, so we had to walk around to another gate. Screen door hinge piston broke off and the replacement put on it limited the door to only open About half way, and would slam the door super fast, so it was hard to get in and out after that and a little dangerous for our little kids. The TV in the living room downstairs had something wrong with the setup and the sound was like it was inside a Can but the TVs in the two rooms upstairs sounded fine.

Lot of stuff to do and staff is very friendly. Despite everything in the “didn’t like” category they were really really nice people in general. Appreciate having pretty much everything you need in the rooms and if not they bring it.

Doesn’t have the same feel as when it was liki tiki and despise the sales pitch when you get your parking pass for “free” timeshare stuff. Also the bed was hard as a rock and they put us way far away from the main activities. This was our 4th year here and we got placed further each time. We also planned to grill while we were there but none of the grills appeared to be working. My husband asked a staff member who simply said I guess they aren’t working right now however later they checked on us via text and I informed them then and they immediately went out to have them fixed. Too late for our dinner the night before but oh well. They used to have a huge tv and video games in the game room for free, that’s all gone just expensive games now. Most activity’s cost now too. I miss Loki tiki.

They have a lot of activities for children. My children loved the foam party.

After checking in, I went to get the parking pass, and the worker tried to convince me to sign up for the timeshare meeting. I explained that I wasn’t interested in participating and that I had paid extra for the resort specifically to avoid the timeshare presentation. He replied, “You’re the one who came to a timeshare resort—what did you expect?” I told him I expected not to sit through a timeshare presentation since I never signed up for one. He then handed me the parking pass with an attitude.

Upon arrival the systems were down so they couldn’t find the room. They took my information down on paper and told us to enjoy the amenities while they figured out which room we were in. I asked how long it would take to figure out, after being in a car for 17 hours we just wanted to brush our teeth and relax. I was told roughly a hour. No problem things happen. After 2 hours I decide we should go check on an update. Shocking they don’t have one. The manager gets involved and starts figuring it out. They ended up upgrading our room, which I am very thankful for. Once the manager was involved everything seemed to be handled in a timely manner. Once the systems were back up and running everything seemed to run smoothly. I appreciated the texts with things that were happening at the hotel. We would come back as a family.

Spacious room.. stayed in the one bedroom king delux, fully loaded kitchen with washer and dryer and everything else you could need. Oh and loved the shampoo and, conditioner, body wash, & lotion in the bathroom. The products were good quality, not your typical shampoo/conditioner in one.

Ice maker didn't generate ice & no ice maker to grab or even purchase ice. Wristbands, you're categorized by the color you are to wear for the duration of your stay. It's a decent size resort, so I get the wristbands, but felt like lower class since we weren't members/owners. We joked about it with another couple at the shipwreck Sally bar, also sporting the same color as us.
