Half the parking lot had cars sideways in 2 spots. Its already bad enough you have to pay $30 a night in parking and the have a vallet but no one can make sure people park correctly. Plus having svu in compact car par dont help your situation. Comments were made and no one care to correct anything,

This hotel was perfect location, my husband and I were there for Gavin Addcock's concert at the St Augustine Amphitheater. Super close to downtown, food, drinks, shops, venues. It was perfect. The breakfast was 10/10 also, fresh coffee with delicious creamer options (not like other hotels), fresh bagels w/ cream cheese, peanut butter, pancakes, over night oats, oatmeal with all the toppings you could ask for. They also had juice options. They had a great outdoor area for sitting and relaxing, the pool was great! Beds were comfortable, rooms clean, kitchen was great, and loved that it had a full size refrigerator. Overall this was a 10/10.

The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay valet no matter if you used them or not. In opinion; it is great to have the option of valet but if you choose not to use them you shouldn't have to pay for it.

Valet service very expensive and not necessary Saw lots of open spots on the parking lot where we could park the car ourselves. Did not tip as I thought a bit abusive the price for no reason

From start to finish everything was fantastic! The location is perfect and everything is walking distance including the museums, wineries, and distilleries! The valet parking was a great touch to have and the guys working are very fast and also kept our truck out of the sun in the garage by request (we have a surf board and didn’t want the wax to melt everywhere)not to mention parking/valet was very well priced compared to other hotels we have stayed at! The room was very clean and very spacious offering a small kitchen with cookware we also had a pretty view over the water. Now let me brag about “Michelle”! Michelle is a genuine gem at this place! From checking in to the end of check out. Anytime we would pass through she would engage in conversation with us and we absolutely adored her! My boyfriend and I also enjoyed the pool and warming fire pit that is located by the dock on the water! Pool was heated so was a bonus! The entire hotel staff were amazingly friendly as well. We highly recommend this spot for families or couples such as ourselves.

Excellent, clean updated facility. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with different hot options each morning. Attractive breakfast seating area with pretty view of the pool, river and boats. Room was spacious, bathrooms modern, bed super comfy etc. Very pleased - def recommend.

We don't mind walking so it didn't bother us - but main shopping/tourist area is about a half hour walk to the edge. And you need to walk another half hour to get to the other side of historic district. If you want to take your car in and out - valet parking and tipping can get a bit $$ if you do it several times a day. But it was efficient and friendly, and we expected this in an old historic city with little parking options.

The staff was amazing!! Super nice and helpful. I love how the staff was very nice to my fur baby, took pictures of her. Made you feel very welcome. The room was amazing. Super clean!!! and so spacious. Worth every penny. This hotel is my go to from here on.

Not really complaints or dislikes Just suggestions little better select of breakfast and a better grassy area for my fur baby to potty.

Location was ok. Breakfast was ok. Room was large and accommodated our family of 6 nicely.

That I couldn't find anywhere on the website that I would be paying for parking at $25 a night. They blamed it on booking.com but I looked on the primary website as well. This left a bad impression that the price didn't include parking and I felt like it was deceptive. Everything else was fine but we were on a budget and parking wasn't included in that budget. I probably would have looked elsewhere if I had known parking wasn't included.

The location was convenient we walked to downtown. Also the property was kept nicely enjoyed the pool area and the outdoor breakfast seating I wish there were more cheers outside for the tables they're seem not to be enough with everyone eating outside.

More variety on breakfast would be good with the inclusion of waffles pancakes french toast or something else. Also, why was there mandatory valet parking when the entire lot was open? That was an extra that was not . A hot tub on the property would be very good and additional seating outside also in the room a larger couch that you can actually lay down on this was too short

Rooms were spacious with a small kitchenette. Bed was OK; pillows could be better. Pool and fitness room were nice.

Price quoted at the time of booking was not correct — guests should be informed of an additional $29/night “valet parking” fee, whether they use this service or not. All fees should be disclosed in the total price quoted.
