Location! Diana in Breakfast mode was sweet, kind, and extraordinary! General Manager attentive and caring, and took immediate care of any issues. Mauri in Housekeeping had attention to detail. Other housekeeping staff need a bit more training.

This is not a full-service hotel as I was told several times. They have no assistance available for a handicapped guest to help with luggage for example. The overnight staff at the desk did help me at 5:00 am to negotiate stairs and luggage…praise be to him! Housekeeping needs some retraining in getting rooms ready for new occupancy and in general.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel located right in the marina. The location is perfect – quiet, scenic, and close to everything. Our room was very clean, and the overall service was friendly and professional. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, overlooking the bay. The price–value ratio is outstanding – we got much more than we expected. One of the biggest surprises was the American breakfast: generous portions, good quality, and far better than what we’ve experienced elsewhere in similar places. Highly recommended!

Location near Ft. DeSoto park. Rooms spacious, clean, great elevators quiet and fast. Hall structure is nice - spacing of rooms avoids rows of rooms. Large shared pool with Grille is wonderful! Staff friendly, articulate nice! Balcony and view of marina was nice. Rooftop breezy cool and great view.

Walk in shower had no grab bars and somewhat slippery floor. Sink water pressure low and the drain somewhat slow. Shower pressure fine!

My stay was a special end of summer getaway to celebrate nearing retirement year as an educator. It was also, our family's first trip with our pup in which we drove nearly ten hours. The pool and restaurant next door were a bonus. What's more, the manager kindly fulfilled our request for a double rather than a king accomodation, with the most extraordinary view. All the staff was amazing from the check-in to breakfast buffet and housekeeping staff. We definitely will consider visiting again and will certainly recommend to others.

This is a hotel proper for weddings, conventions, or just for families to enjoy! The facilities, balconies, mattresses, pools, amenity restaurant, (noise only until 10:00 pm), and decor is amazing, as it is the included high quality breakfast! The personnel is the best! So friendly! I highly recommend it! In addition, Fort Desoto, next door, has one of the most beautiful virgin beaches to enjoy the sunset! There's a small pier too, if you like fishing! John's Pass is about fifteen minutes away, a great place with many restaurants, tourists shops, and a variety of boats to catch to enjoy the sunset at the sea, including a pirate one for kids, big and small! On the West, the Sunken Gardens and the St. Petersburg Pier, (about forty minutes away), are worth to visit as well!

Nothing really. This is the best hotel I've ever seen! Even the breakfast facility stayed open a little bit later than it supposed, in benefit of the late clients!

Breakfast is very early, you should consider doing it a little later since we are going to rest and it starts at 7 am and ends at 10 and they close everything, until 11 am it would be prudent to open at 8 am, all of us who go to the hotel we love the location. for navigation and stay but my complaint is always the breakfast

Everything. We visited only 9 days after hurricane Milton and everything was already back in shape. The location is stunning and the hotel brand new. Breakfast is good continental standard and has nice and changing choices. Room was outstanding.

That we had to leave.

Location was perfect with the marina next door. The room was very clean and spacious, the balcony view was worth the extra expense! We enjoyed our time at the Pool/Restaurant when we were not on the boat. The rooftop bar was a nice surprise! We will definitely be back!

Everything was immaculate, from the lobby to the rooms. The customer service was amazing. It was my fiancé’s birthday weekend and I messaged the property about having funny pictures posted around the room so that he could find them when we entered and Mr. Alexandre did just that. It was an amazing stay and we will be back!

The location was perfect just 8 minutes from the beach. I stayed there during my vacation. The rooftop restaurant was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly welcoming.
