This was our first time visiting the St Pete area, and I can't say enough good things about Inn on the Beach. It's an old "Motor Hotel" that's been completely refurbished and modernized. We were in Clementine, one of the smaller rooms, and it was awesome. Everything is sparkling and clean, the furniture and fixtures are all new and swanky. They really did a top-notch job remodeling it, and it feels very well taken care of. The hotel is across the road from the beach, but it's a small road and there's little traffic on the road, so not a worry. There is very little noise since there's very little traffic. The property is very thoughtful in that they have beach chairs, bikes, coolers, etc that you can take to the beach. The beach itself is excellent, although it's covered in shells. There are restaurants down at Pass-A-Grill's square, which is a 4-block walk away. Overall, Inn on the Beach totally rocks and is our new "getaway" place when we want to go to the beach.

Not much bad to say about the hotel itself. I think parking could be a bit tight if you get there late, although I believe they have some sort of "voucher" for the PayToPark if you have to park on the street. Other than that, I have no complaints about the hotel itself. It is awesome! We went to two of the restaurants in Pass-A-Grill square (Hurricane's and Paradise), and we weren't really impressed with the food, especially for the price. Also, there aren't many markets/gas stations, etc. nearby, so make sure you stock up on snacks, drinks, etc. before you get there.

This property provided excellent beach chairs with thick clean new towels not only for the shower/bath but also nice thick blue striped ones for the beach. Umbrellas, coolers, sunblock, and on weekends some breakfast cliff bars and Lara bars and clementines with coffee were provided. Also can ask for water bottles for the room. We used the bicycles and they were in good working condition with no rust. The location is great for Passe Grille. Close to beach (right across the street) & restaurants.Loved the outside shower and foot rinse in the courtyard before going into our room. This place seemed to have a nice personal atmosphere.

We were on the first floor-which has been totally rehabbed since the hurricane. So it’s nice and clean and white. However the floors are thin and we were up from 5am-6am listening to a guest above us pack and roll their suitcase around. I even awoke to their vibration alarm on their phone at 4:45am. The walls must be just drywall because my hearing isn’t THAT good. The footsteps of the next guest were loud as well.

This is a fantastic location, right across from beach. Staff exceptional and always around. Coffee available on main patio level every morning. Gardenia room had a small patio on 2nd floor looking out to water with 2 Adirondack chairs. Loved sitting and having coffee. The room was large and small kitchen. Bed very comfortable and very very clean. Beach chairs /towels available with a cooler and icemaker in the room. Excellent excellent place but bathroom was so so small. It was barely enough room to use. Only downside to this room ( maybe they give this room to Booking. Com folks)??? For the price, this was the smallest bathroom I have ever been in so it took a few stars off for us. For 2 nights we managed-Not sure others rooms have this small bathroom and we are fairly small people. 5’2 and 5’8

Loved it all - clean clean, convenient but lovely little inn but bathroom was way too small and I do mean small-but loved it otherwise!!!

The property is a slice of paradise. You stay in a small apartment. All were recently renovated and super clean. You could NOT tell that this area had hurricanes come through - it was immaculate. The view is incredible. The location is right on the beach. It has parking, so it made it super easy to have a car, given how busy the area gets and how parking is hard to find. It is within walking distance to nice restaurants/bars. In the evening, the area is super quiet and safe. The host team is accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. We loved everything about this place and added it to our list of favorite spots to visit. We will be back!

There was not a single thing that we did not like about this place.

Tina, the Inn Keeper, was phenomenal, the room was clean comfortable and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. having access to chairs and umbrellas for the beach was also great and all though we did not utilize them the bicycles are great for people to get around. The only reason I did not rate it at 10 is because there is always room for improvement.

they did have the parking lot redone while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but they did provide on street parking which was great

The location to the beach was perfect! And it wasn’t walking distance or doing a freebie ride to anything else you needed. You didn’t have to bring anything with you no beach towels no chair no umbrella. They had it all. My room was cozy and perfect. If I wanted to eat in the amenities, were there to do so This is my new spot when I come to Saint Pete Beach.

Honestly, I think the only thing that was missed was maybe a box of Kleenex in the room and that’s it.

The place is wonderful, right across from the Beach. The room is super cute and it has absolutely everything you could possibly need. From robes, to lotion, sunscreen, beach and bath towels and MORE. They even provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, bikes and cooler. Tina was super helpful and sweet. Parking is great and reliable. We were able to walk to the little town where you can find restaurants, ice cream and cute little stores. We will for sure be back!!!

Nothing. Everything was great.

The location is perfect, just a quick walk across the road and you’re on the beach. You can hear the waves at night when sitting on the patio. Also within walking distance to various restaurants, ice cream shops, and brunch spots. The room we stayed in was very clean, you can tell they take the time to ensure everything is ready for the next guest. Additionally, there are some basics such as Kpods, tea bags, sugar, creamers, and a couple bottles of water, which is a nice addition. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes are also great because you don’t have to worry about packing your own! Overall Inn on the Beach is a really nice, cozy, and quiet little place to stay.

The proximity to the beach was excellent. Just crossing gulf way. The room was clean, with all essential . Small kitchenette with everything. The staff was attentive. Every day asked if you need towels, trash bags, etc. you also have a cooler to take to the beach, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas even bicycle.

The bed and pillow was not very comfortable and the toilet makes a hard noise every time you discharge.

The hotel was right across the street from a beautiful beach that was not at all crowded. The room was just renovated with a beachy vibe and was roomy with a kitchenette and dressing room next to the bathroom. Very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teens. The hotel was impeccably maintained and super cute. The staff was very accommodating. A cooler, chairs, umbrellas were there for our use.

Everything was great - no negatives at all.
