Room was bigger than expected, with a nice view from the city. I could keep up with my training at the gym and pool. Location was great, near a nice shopping center and a short distance by car from the harbor and Main Street. They offer a transfer to the city center, but we could not use it because we had a toddler who could not run without a car seat. Valet was available - although a little expensive ($55 for 24h), it was convenient and we could come and go as much as we wished for during this time. Staff was very nice too, they gave my son cool stuff to celebrate 4th of July.

Breakfast was not included in the room fare. You get a credit to use at grab and go coffee place inside the hotel or at the breakfast buffet (which was a little overpriced).

The lack of attentiveness by the staff. There was no one at the pool when I went at 5:00 pm. Another family and myself helped ourselves to towels in the cabinet. The bartender at the outside restaurant was very indifferent. The valets forgot my car twice, you had to hunt them down. In the nicer restaurant I had to go looking for a server after being seated for 15 min. I think tips are automatically included at 20% so there’s not much incentive for service.

Great value for money! 5* resort feel, supremely clean, lovely, large room, gorgeous city view, an excellent pool area and delicious food. Alicia (I think?) the pool attendant was humorous and made us laugh. We thought the price was super reasonable for a week! We ate in the Bar one evening and the food was absolutely superb with a great attendee Will definitely stay again when next in WPB visiting Fam

It is party vibes at the pool on a Saturday and Sunday but we think this must be an American thing! We are boring Brits with no pool parties :))) The cafe stops serving gelato at 4pm even though it doesn’t close until 5pm

I liked the size and cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed with actual king sized pillows and the friendliness of the guest service staff. I also liked the pool view from our hotel room. And I also liked the speed of the valet workers and the location of the hotel in relation to other places to visit.🌺

I didn't expect to see visible signs of wear and tear on the hotel hallways or in the hotel room even though I know things are going to happen eventually. Maybe it's on the "To Do" list for maintenance or housekeeping. For instance, the grout inside and outside (below) the shower was mouldy and I think it's due to no vent or fan to pull moisture out of the bathroom. Lastly, I think that the $100 per day incidental fee in addition to the $35 daily destination fee should be added in the description. As well as the $45 per day overnight valet parking fee. But it was still a great stay.🌺

Checking was a bit slow. Only two people at the desks and it took close to 25 minutes to check in as there was a line. The pool area could have used a bit more clean up. It’s was fairly crowded so not a lot of places to sit and empty glasses and food containers scattered about on open tables and pool deck As with everything in this economy the prices for food and drinks were pretty high for what you got especially the chips and guacamole for 14$ for a very small amount of chips and one entree wound up to be two small tacos for 16$!!!! But I have to say the pool food was decent and the Galley served excellent scallops and tuna dishes and the wine list was impressive… again very costly but at least we enjoyed it and weren’t disappointed.

Loved the location. The building was great. It was overly packed because of the holiday, but I enjoyed myself. The poolside was great.

Having to pay for parking, no complimentary breakfast based on the cost, room was quite small.

Love the location! Facilities are fantastic! Got stuck here due to weather back North but had an excellent stay. It was touch and go every day with the stay because of the flights but the staff was super accommodating. Decent gym, clean with plenty of water and headphones for equipment. Top notch place to stay in PBI. Nothing negative to say!

Room was spacious, comfortable, modern. Facility was clean and attractive. Staff were friendly and helpful.

One night after a long day, we returned to the room for a night of room service and relaxation, only to learn that room service was not available that night.... No warning or notice had been provided.

First the hotel is beautiful and smells amazing from the moment you first walk in. The front desk was very helpful. The room was very nice bed super comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the pool as well as the bar we really enjoyed Candance she made amazing cocktail drinks and loved her personality. I would definitely stay here again. :)

The hotel was beautiful, pool was great, the room was comfortable. Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location worked out well for us.

What I liked least is because of the location, valet parking was necessary. It’s in the middle of the city and that is beyond anyone’s control. Not a bad gripe to have.
