Very clean, breakfast pretty good for the price of the room. The pool area was really nice.. Small but good enough and warm and inside. The room was very big and spacious same thing with the bathroom.. Fridge and microwave a plus. Close to the interstate.. EVERYTHING everywhere was clean clean.. Beds comfy.. Deep clean bathtub shower. I will definitely be back.. Lisa is very sweet and was very helpful on the phone before we got there and as we arrived and also throughout our stay. Knowledgeable and kind🩷

Pool area stayed open a lil later than nine.. Also water pressure and temperature could've been a little bit stronger and hotter.

For the reasonable price of this hotel, I was expecting a mediocre experience. However, the opposite was true. This hotel was much cleaner and had more "extras" than hotels twice the cost. There was even free popcorn and cookies in the lobby! Also, the TV was bigger than most other hotels, which is very important to my husband.

As with 99% of other hotels, the bed hurt my back. But, I have a bad back and require a very soft mattress, so I can't really say anything negative about it. It felt fine to go to sleep on - I just hurt after a few hours. This is the same as most every hotel I've ever stayed.

Booked four days prior to arrival through booking.com. Guaranteed king room accessible upon arrival. Told on arrival only king room no accessible. Did not want to look for another property so I took the king room. I was told the error was through booking.com I did call booking.com and they indicated they did send correct request. I am mobility impaired and need bathroom assistance. I made it work for 1 night.

It was very clean and comfortable and the perfect location for why we were there. I was impressed at how immaculate the lobby and dining area was. The little touches they added were a nice plus…a little goody bag upon arrival and fresh popcorn and cookies in the lobby. The staff was very friendly.

The room got quite humid during the night. There was a dehumidifier in the room that worked great but filled up during the night. I’m sure they would have come and emptied it had I called but I figured it out in the morning.

My daughter loved the breakfast and we were very grateful they were able to accommodate her for a total of 3 nights to get through the storm (Milton)

The normal room rate appears to be closer to $100. During Milton when everyone one had to evacuate the room rate I received was $229, then they said they could let her stay longer and the rate would be the same - it was not! My credit card was charged $289.50 for the 2 additional nights. Looks like price gauging in a natural disaster to me.

Everything, especially the staff! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Sandy who gave us a little bag of goodies that included a bottle of water. Then she pointed us in the direction of homemade chocolate chip cookies in individual bags of two. My hubby enjoyed them and I went to the popcorn machine they have set up in the front lobby. The front desk is open and so welcoming! Later in the evening we got back from a nearby restaurant and noticed a family of ducks hanging around and I took a little video. The front desk was now attended by Deepak who saw me admiring the ducks and he brought out to little cups of bird feed! There’s a pond/reserve behind the hotel filled with lots ducks and other visiting water birds. We were so impressed with that this hotel has thought of so many little things (even two chocolates on the nightstand)that make a big difference to the traveller. The lady cleaning the tables at breakfast (forgot to get her name) was smiling and checking to see if everyone had what they needed! The breakfast had lots of choices and we enjoyed it very much.

The hotel was in a great quiet place, spotless, very comfortable bed, the staff was so friendly, especially Felicia,she is the lady you will meet that takes care of breakfast, so friendly and helpful, so sweet, we loved feeding the ducks, the staff at the hotel will provide food for the ducks, so fun, the gentleman at the front desk is so friendly, in the evening they provide a nacho bar, fresh warm cookies, pop corn, and on check in they give you a complimentary gift bag! We will alway stay at this hotel on our travels! Great job guys!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel!

All of the staff were very friendly. We were greeted with a bag of goodies for us and treats for our cats. A pond with ducks was next to the hotel. The location was very close to the interstate. There were a variety of good choices at breakfast. Restaurants and gas stations nearby.. The room we stayed in was fantastic.

Since we travel with cats, we always check the room for potential problems. The only issue with the room was that the bed was not completely enclosed underneath and we had to retrieve the cats from underneath. They can get into very small openings!

It was located close to I95 easy to find and walking distance to many restaurants for dinner. This was a stop over on our way to see friends in Florida . The room was comfortable and clean although it had the air conditioner in the room as a stand alone unit but the bed was comfortable and we slept pretty well for a one night stop over. The staff were very accommodating and the popcorn and cookie were a nice treat. Breakfast was good .

Room size and location. All 3 staff members we had dealings with were very professional and courteous.

Booked this location with an indoor pool. Found out pool was not available for use. What a waste.
