The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

The place seems to be fairly new and the parts that I checked out were very nice. The location was just far enough from the interstate that you didn't hear the constant traffic. I met two of the cleaning staff that were ending their shift and both were very pleasant on the brief elevator ride.

BUGS! Made a comment at the front desk and they admitted that they were having problems with stink bugs and Chinese lady bugs. Finding the entrance to the hotel on a wet and stormy night was a little tricky. While you could see the hotel, finding the correct place to turn in wasn't ideal.

The facility, staff, breakfast, and location were great.

There was an issue with the card number from booking.com with my second room. Although, I had prepaid online and the money drafted from my account, the number did not work. It was a little chaotic to check-in the second room, but the staff in premise handled it well.

Check in was fast and easy. receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Facilities were so clean! The room was PRISTINE and bed was very comfortable. Name brand green mountain coffee in the rooms. Full size shampoo/conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand wash in bathrooms.

Breakfast was ok. Ask for extra blankets and pillows.

it was a good stay. there were many restaurants in the area and a gas station we walked to right up the road you don’t have to pass the main road. you have a good little pool and area and a great little workout areas with lots of access. it’s a great little hotel very close to the lake which was great we got to go kayaking. The staff was super sweet and nice. The breaks feast was great a lot of good options.

there were hairs in the sink and pillows were a little uncomfortable. in the pool room it was super hot and they didn’t have big towels. gym was a little small. kind of a far drive to the lake about 10-20 minutes depending on where your going. the snack area was expensive. the coffee they had was gross.

The staff was great - friendly and accomodating as much as they could be.

Our toilet didn't fill automatically so we had to mess with that every time we used it. The faucet actually fell off the bathtub. My husband went to the desk and they gave him some tools since it was too late for a maintenance person to be there to fix it. (My husband asked them for the tools - they were accommodating and did what they could.) One of the light bulbs at the bedside was gong out and it was like a strobe light so again down to the front desk. The staff member went to another room to find a lightbulb for us which we appreciated. Whoever cleaned the room had to have known about these issues and obviously didn't report them to maintenance to be taken care of before the room was occupied.

Second time staying at this location, always a pleasant stay! Staff is friendly and hotel is always clean and organized. Definitely coming back next year

The front desk was very friendly and informative of the area.

The hotel charged me $212 for the room even though I booked it at $182. Doesn’t seem right I had to pay extra when I arrived.

Very nice building and clean inside. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable.

I thought it was overpriced for that area. You know there's only one other decent hotel in that area and you take advantage of the people. Just my opinion.

Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Would've liked turkey breakfast meat on our 2nd morning, we don't eat pork.

Pork sausage as an only option of breakfast meat. Our family does not eat pork.
