The breakfast was wonderful; I especially appreciated all the options. Every single member of the staff that I spoke to was extremely friendly . . . cleaners in the hall, ladies on duty at breakfast, people behind the front desk. The hotel was very clean, very comfortable, very quiet.

We have no real complaints at all. My daughter, who works for a company who inspects buildings for damage, did notice some water spots on the ceiling . . . none of the rest of us would have even seen them.

Wonderful staff and check-in experience. Clean and well appointed room. TV worked fine. The breakfast was bountiful, and it was great to be able to make my own waffle. I only with there were more healthy food choices. The fruit seemed a little old and watery by the time we ate, and the pastries seemed a bit stale. But we were there near the end of breakfast time, so that might have had something to do with it.

The entire staff was very friendly!! The hotel was clean and felt safe. It's located in a good area for travelers near the highways and tons of gas stations and places to eat in walking distance. This was my third stay there and I will be back!

The hot tub was quite small and didn't look as clean as it should. The pool area, over all was not very inviting. And just a suggestion to the management, it would be nice to put out enough cookies. I stayed three nights and they were out of them every time I went to get one. The price was really pretty high for a small town area. It's not a place that I would plan a vacation to.

Location!

We specifically book the Hampton over an Airbnb because it has a pool. The pool was closed our entire week last year and we were very disappointed it was closed this week too. We unfortunately have non refundable reservations again in a couple of weeks and are truly hoping they have it fixed and open by then.

The people make the property! We have stayed there a few times -always on Christmas night after visiting family. Everyone is so kind and genuine. From Tracy to Haley to Jennifer, the precious ladies making sure you have anything you need at breakfast, and literally every other staff member you come in contact with, the people make your stay perfect. Thank you, and we will see you again next year!

The location was great! The staff was super friendly except one person. The bed was comfy and didn’t have the strong smell that some hotel sheets have.

The breakfast was good a large variety of food. The children like that they could have waffles & cereal. Nice variety of teas, juices & coffee. Staff was very helpful

The front desk at night. Had a complaint. Instead of investigating she just assumed that the people were right & threaten to kick my family out when it wasn’t even them. It was the people across the hall. She needs to adjust her attitude when working with the public.

I ALWAYS stay here en route to visit my parents. There are other places to stay, but I love the friendly folks, especially Assistant Manager Mr. Tracy. I've seen him for years each time I stay. The staff are so wonderful and nice!

The hotel’s location was great! Near many restaurants! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially like the ability to text the front desk. The breakfast was very good with many options to choose from.

The lady in charge of breakfast was wonderful! She was friendly, outgoing and making waffles for people. The coffee was good. In the past it has been weak.

There was a stain i noticed on the underside of the comforter. There were some loud people next to me and some others shouting in Spanish. I didn't appreciate that but it didn't last for too long.
