the hotel room was very clean and modern. the bathroom was very clean and nice with included necessities very comfortable bed and bedding. we felt safe, and the breakfast was really nice, there were a lot of options for food, drinks and snacks.

one of the sockets next to the bed didn’t work and the fridge was a bit small and not very spacious there wasn’t a freezer section either, i wish there was a microwave. maybe should be a bit cheaper.

only stayed for 1 night it was clean and quiet, and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in staff she was courteous and informed us about the continental breakfast and ask if there was anything else we needed and when checking out wanted to know if our accommodations` were ok. I love great customer service it's so rare.

What I liked best was the great customer service. I'm totally impressed when I can get good service with a smile.

Didn't utilize the breakfast on site we went out for breakfast. It looked as if they had a nice continental breakfast. The hotel looks remodeled but they did an exceptional job with it. The rooms were very clean and quiet. I picked this hotel celebrating my fiance's birthday dinner. We went to a restaurant called Noble Jone's in downtown Augusta. The good was delicious. Then ended our awesome night with a nice stay here.

The beds were a little to firm for me but, some may like that I'm just use to my pillow top at home. Very clean and comfortable linen though.

The breakfast had a great variety of food to choose from. Everyone was very friendly.

All good. But maybe more parking spots would be helpful.

This hotel had everything one needed and nothing that you didn't. It was immaculate, comfortable and well planned.

I love the most about the property is the cleanliness. I love how neat and tidy it is. I can compare it to a private room in a hospital. It was surgically clean. The breakfast was arrange like someone with OCD organized it. I definitely would recommend and I would stay here again😌

The price of the small market inside the hotel was a bit pricey but I don't mind it as much.

We liked the convenient location & the fresh look and aesthetic of the hotel. We really appreciated the breakfast which was included. Breakfast included a wide variety of items which we believe met most everyone's dietary needs. We would definitely stay here again.

The things we did not like were minor. The shower door would not stay closed, the room had some areas that did not seem clean (sink in bathroom, bedside tables had what appeared to be crumbs). The pillows were less than adequate as they were very thin with not much filling at all.

Not impressed. Very appreciative of the 24 hour coffee availability though. Major plus! The location was convenient and easy to find. They were several restaurant options nearby and a few within walking distance.

Regarding breakfast I would've expected more. Especially for the price point and overall appearance with it being an IHG hotel, I would've at least expected the breakfast to be comparable to Holiday Inn Express.

Comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. Glad toiletries were provided because I forgot to pack ours. The room was clean but small - which is fine if you are only staying a day or two. Breakfast provided a large variety. Coffee/tea bar was always available. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We’ll stay again.

No negative. There was a lot of road and building construction going on, but that shouldn’t last much longer. Looked like it was near completion. Going to be great when they’re finished.

Location, Cleanliness, Amenties. Like the fact that other people in bed have an individual light to turn on/off. Having restaurants and shopping in a close vicinity.

No shower caps, coffee maker in room, iron/ironing board. Couldn't adjust shower head. No chairs in room to play cards.
